Ordered two tomato-scented candles from Eclectic Amanda and not only did I get them within just a few days but she also threw in an extra candle! I love shopping in her store in person but now I know her excellent customer service is also present online.

Last week July 19th I stopped in at the coffee shop next door and your lovely shop, as I do when visiting Bodega Bay. I was greeted by and beautiful young lady that told me about some of the items in the shop. In our conversation I explained why I came to the Bay today, it was the anniversary of my husband’s passing. This was his favorite place and we came two or three times a year. So I came to honor him and our life together. The young lady shared that she had lost 3 grand

Elsie was such a great ambassador for the place. She happened to be outside welcoming us inside. I enjoyed the sun tea they had because it was a bit warmer than usual. I hope more folks discover the nice offerings here.

This store is charming! The store owner is so nice. She let us take a look-see after the store was closed. I had a great time talking with her about her collection. She uses vintage lace table cloths to hang down the walls of her office area to create ambiance. The store has an appreciation of vintage crochet items such as hot pads, and doilies. The store is filled with vintage items and wall hangings to finish your home. The store has a deep appreciation for ocean items like shells, whales and boating items. The owner makes candles and soaps to add to her collection. This is a great tourist destination for those who want to buy a little something from Bodega Bay.

In Bodega Bay, CA (where much of The Birds by Alfred Hitchcock was filmed) you will find this wonderful two-part boutique with a range of gifts and home decor that is just the most browsable fun! One location is about 100 steps from the other. Both have beach-y items to use, wear, showcase. Upstairs includes vintage clothing and jewelry. Delightful atmosphere. And walking distance from a coffee/bakery shop and wonderful water front restaurants.

I stopped by this lovely little shop with my mother during a quick day trip to the coast with my parents. The owner was so sweet and helpful. Her shop was filled with carefully curated goodies and curios. We had so much fun looking around and the owner even helped us pick a restaurant to eat lunch at. Her recommendation turned out to be fantastic and I was so grateful for her wonderful customer service, I came back and bought a bar of hand crafted Goat's milk soap. The owner rang me up and gave it to me in a beautiful, hand sewn bag that I will cherish as a special memento from a lovely day at Bodega Bay :)

Eclectic Amanda Coastal Treasures is more than just the cute little shop that you will come to love and enjoy, but there is more than meets the eye. Amanda can help you with your antiques, appraisals, and so much more. She is a great person to work with and I would trust her with any appraisal or research that is needed.

Eclectic Amanda Coastal Treasures is Bodega Bay's hidden gem. Almost, literally hidden, they are located directly beneath the Terrapin Creek Restaurant and accessed through the lower parking lot. They can be spotted by their hot pink and chalkboard signs touting 'Cute Stuff Down Here'. The sign doesn't lie and most everyone that walks in says, 'Oh! Cute Stuff!'. So what's so special about this little place? (And we do mean, little.) It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and is full of treasures. The shop stocks many one of a kind items including hand made soaps, pillows and antique and vintage items as well as the requisite coastal treasures. They offer free U.S. Shipping because they know most people coming through are travelers. They are pet friendly and allow dogs in the shop as well as keep dog treats behind the counter for well behaved fur babies. Their one downfall is being overly feminine for most men to enjoy the store but they've solved that too by offering 'Husband Hall Passes' ( but you don't have to be a husband). What's a husband hall pass? It's a ticket the gals at Eclectic Amanda Coastal Treasures present to bored looking men who wander in with their female companions. The ticket reads, 'We know our shop is girly and you are bored. Please take this upstairs to Roadhouse Coffee and have a cup on us. Your lady will come find you when she's done LOOKING.' So, it looks like the gals at Eclectic Amanda Coastal Treasures have it all, cute stuff, pet friendly and while they make no apologies for being feminine and frilly they've worked out a way to make the men happy too. NOW.....let's solve that parking problem in Bodega Bay.
