Billy has been the best UPS driver Quartzsite has had in our 18 years here. He is friendly, polite, courteous and does his job right. He's like a good friend, but a professional at the same time. Other drivers could learn from him.

i’m writing a review about my UPS driver, Billy. I live in Quartzsite Arizona, and I have had the pleasure of his services for three years now. While working at a UPS drop off center I could always count on him to arrive early than the others. Have customer say what time does UPS get here? I would state that if it’s our normal driver, he would be here by one PM. If it was during the season, usually 2 PM. He has always even during the season been polite and sweet. As a customer, he always has dog treats for my dog. If he catches me out walking him I think that Billy is a great asset as a driver, and as a representative for UPS. I never knew how to go about writing a review for him until now. I think Billy deserves a raise, and I hope to continue to have him as my UPS driver for years to come. He always has a smile and is a sweetheart.

The driver who services the town of quartzsite from blythe distribution center, billy i believe his name is? Is one of the most friendly, polite, professional drivers, ive encountered! ???? Anybody that would complain about that young man, is obviously somebody you cant please..

I live in Quartzsite AZ. There is a rumor going around that we are losing our driver BILLY. We can NOT LOSE HIM!! He is the best.....and he is the only one I trust when I am not here

So pathetic, already bad enough im visiting blythe but how LAZY CAN YOU BE! WHILE YOURE PAID? Its just pathetic idc the while office is pathetic. Especially since they are proud of theyre lazy employees and messed up dispatch. Just trash peple with no education and cant get a real job .

The is the absolute worst distribution center and UPS driver I have ever experienced. They hold packages for weeks at a time, then never deliver. The driver who services Salome, AZ out of this distribution center picks and chooses when he will deliver packages. At times he just drops all the packages off at the already overwhelmed post office (not their job) and just chooses to not deliver to homes. I have had several packages either not show up, get sent back without me even having a chance to pick them up, get dropped at me neighbors house, OR the driver flat out lies and says I’m not home to sign for packages that he never even attempted to deliver (I have proof of this). This UPS center has now impacted our small business and caused loss of income to us because equipment has not been delivered for weeks. I have filed more complaints and lost package claims than I can count. Nothing is ever done. There must be some laws against how they practice. It is awful!! How can they be reminded that we PAY them to deliver our packages?

I spoke to the delivery man 2 days before delivery and told him how important my package was and how I needed it asap. It was held because I didn't write "leave at office". So I didnt get my medicated food for my dog until 3 days after I should have. Also, I had to drive to the distribution center to get it. Shouldn't UPS pay my gas money?

This is really a UPS shipping center, not a customer service counter. They do take pre-labeled and prepackaged packages between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. . They do what they say they do.
