“It was late on a Friday night. I was pulling my Peterbilt into the rest stop just East of Blythe, CA and at the top of the ramp, she stopped running. I was in the center of the ramp and semi trucks and cars were backing up all the way down the ramp. It was very stressful.I called Parker towing and Michelle in the office helped me out right away. She dispatched a heavy hauler and Tim and Heather who were the Tow Operators showed up in about 15-20 minutes. It was such a relief to see them.They first worked on pulling me gently out of the way of all the blocked traffic, then got me hooked-up. They had to put in extra effort to work around my 20 inch bumper.The next day, the shop I had them tow me to did not work out so they gave me a really good deal to tow me to a second shop.Thanks for the rescue!!!”

“When my husband unexpectedly broke down on I-10 at 8pm on a Sunday evening; I called this company on a hunch.I’m so glad I did. They estimated an hour; but it was far less. Not even long enough for him to settle in for the wait. The communication was amazing, as well. He had minimal cell coverage, but I was able to direct them to him. They had no trouble with any of it at all.I’ve never had a “good” towing experience; but this one definitely will go into the memory bank.”
