I ordered the wrong part by mistake, it was special ordered and I was told they do not allow returns on special orders (mind blown) the clerk I bought it from Crystal said there would be a restocking fee. But the lady I seen today (not Crystal) was basically like your screwed. I'm going to stick with AutoZone they may not be perfect but at least they have excellent customer service. $40 bucks completely wasted if anyone needs a 9th gen Ford F150 brake caliper bracket I'll give it to them for $25.
They need more employees like Crystal over there that's for sure.

Went in for a circuit breaker and the clerk (Crystal) was very helpful and found one to order since they didn't (apparently keep them in stock). She informed me I would have to pay 100% up front since it was "special order." It was $12 so I paid the cost not knowing (my own fault I guess now) the store policy on returns.
I drove across town and decided to check AUTOZONE so as not to wait 3 days and they had the part so I quickly returned (within 10 minutes) to NAPA where Crystal told me in the parking lot (while assisting another customer) there wouldn't be a problem- just a 15% restocking fee. "Restocking fee" was silly enough but when the other clerk informed me the policy changed the day before and that they gave zero refunds for special orders I was dumb-founded. NO REFUNDS? The part had not even been ordered?
What a ridiculous policy. "Restocking Fee" is a regional thing I have come to accept unfortunately but this policy will send my business elsewhere because it is pure greed.
Who's to say you don't keep limited stock just to make it all special order?
Poor business practice, great employee (Crystal anyways).
EDITED: Went back for the part today and the clerk who told me the policy had changed (and who was so adamant that it was just tough luck) informed me that she apologized for the other day since the original clerk had already told me 15% in the parking lot, she should have honored it so she was going to give me a refund..."it was just the right thing to do." She was very apologetic and gave me the money back and I thanked her and left.

Good parts personnel. Seals we got were very expensive compared to all other stores but…… the other stores didn’t have them so there is that. lol

Worth paying a little more for the services they provide with the sale. Amber was absolutely amazing with finding the part we needed and getting it for us. They can find and are glad to get your part by VIN for you, ensuring the right part every time. They will call and get part names etc. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. She offered to do all of these things. We never had to ask. So thankful for Ambers help with our parts. Thanks again. Excellent store and staff.

6:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday Saturday 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. closed Sunday they will get what you need. Very knowledgeable.
