A good selection of cigars and vape products. The guy behind the counter was pleasant and helpful had no problems at all. You’ll pay a little more but it’s a resort town. I found their prices quite reasonable.

His prices are the highest i have ever seen at any smoke shop. Just because he know people don't wanna drive down the mountain and might pay the crazy price. All most double the price vs every other smoke shop.

absolutely rude and terrible service. never going back here again!!! you guys need to learn how to treat costumers with respect and the young guy in there lied to me about being the manager when i asked to talk to one.

Very disappointed, went in because I had heard they carried quite the selection of cigars, which they do. While perusing the selection I noticed a box of acid 20 years that had a few spots of mold, then I noticed a few more boxes on the same shelf did as well. Right when I made this discovery the person behind the counter came up to me and asked me how I was doing, I then informed him about the few cigars that had mold. He tried telling me it was plume which is a myth, scientifically no such thing as plume. When I tried to push back on it a bit, he then attempted to belittle me by saying how many years he has been working with cigars and how he knows everything about them. I replied to this with my own experience with cigars and he just scoffed and went back behind the counter. This shop seems really nice with quite the selection of things, not just cigars but also other tobacco products, pipes, Vapes, but I will never be going back after this horrible experience. Instead I will stick to the two smoke shops in crestline, much friendlier customer service and they don't have any cigars with mold

Don't say your store is open and then just keep the doors locked while you're in the back doing god knows what. I watched 5 people walk away, including myself to go purchase elsewhere because this guy can't be bothered to keep his business open and operating during business hours.

A little bit pricey, (as is everything on this mountain so thats to be expected almost) but the owner is really chill and super nice. Good atmosphere and lots of decent products

Helpful staff, great selection of disposable vapes ...but a little pricey compared to other local shops and the refillable salt nic vape pen selection was mostly only high end ones.

Been going there the last 10 months I never had a problem with customer service. But going in there today on a Saturday with my husband has changed my mind about ever going there again. If you can’t hire a responsible employee to run an eight hour shift close the shop for the day.

Huge selection, many unique items.Overall good, if you want to spend some serious money for a few more miles outside of the ordinary for even tosr items you can find in a larger city.

this place is dope and everyone working here is nice. never once had an issue and the prices are the same as any other smoke shop i’ve been to down the hill. they’ve given me really good deals on good glass too. all the bad reviews are like former employees or friends of dave’s vape shop in the village who just got busted for selling to minors. don’t believe those reviews, arrowhead smoke shop has like 4 times better selection than vanity vape does.
