I highly recommend Apline Escrow! I've had many transactions with these ladies, and they are a dynamite team. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and determined to provide the best transaction. Escrow is a tough business with lots of unexpected hurdles, but they always find a way to get the job done. Don't hesitate to use them for any of your escrow needs.

If you have a choice please choose another escrow company. As a seller who could have called services in my transaction but didn't- I should have! They charge you for items in a cash transaction that are part of normal escrow functions and fees. I was charged for the grant deed which has to be done in order to transfer the property. I was charged for the 1099 processing which has to be done as part of closing the transaction. I was also initially charged a statement fee ( to produce the statement that they have to do in order to close). I will say Emily and Agnes were very nice but Andrea was less than in all categories.
