HORRIBLE, how can a package that was split into two orders have one delivered the next day from when it arrived and the other portion still be sitting there going on four days now. I bought items for a birthday party and I am so upset that due to this incompetent usps it will not get there. I don't want to hear they are busy. Everyone is busy nowadays at their jobs but things still need to get done

Great service! Very attentive! I’ve gone to the post office in corona where online it states they take walkins for passports and it’s not true at all don’t waste your time over there. I called before coming here and they answered the phone right away and let me know how it works at this location. Make sure to call before heading over to do a walk-in for new passports! Once I arrived they helped me out right away.

I must say after reading all the reviews I was nervous about going here especially because it's right around the corner from me and being disabled it's just really convenient for me to go here but the stealing was a bit much but I ended up going right before closing and believe me I had a great experience They were friendly and I went back the next day and I got the same treatment ? so thank you ladies for a great experience ?

The service I received was unprofessional, with the cashier displaying significant rudeness and a lack of customer service. This behavior made my shopping experience uncomfortable. I strongly recommend against visiting this location, and I suggest notifying the United States Postal Service to consider providing additional customer service training for all employees at this site.

Packs stuckp at USPS overloaded. Won't answer. Hanging up on complaints. Won't allow anonymous complaint. Packages being stolen from this location. Unprofessional employees. Understaffed. Corruption allegedly lies here. Not paying staff a livable wage. Bad reviews. Unprofessional on phone. Theft department wouldn't id themselves with a first name or employee id. All secret societies no transparency

The cashier was really rude no customer service etiquette whatsoever. She’s the African American lady. She did not want to help at all just interrupted me as I was adding a question and said we don’t do that here. Then I was like but I’m not finished telling you what I’m trying to ask you. She went on and on so unprofessional. It’s the African lady with the wig that has burgundy red in it.

The "clerk" idk her name because my mother went (she was the african american because ive been here bfore and know her voice) very rude attitude if she does not like her job she should not be working here. Shes there to do her job if my mom needed more help (shes hispanic) she should be there to answer questions not say " I CANT TALK AND GET THE PACKAGE" horrible service and lady you know who you are fix yourself before going into work bcus best believe if it was me you were not going to like my attitude back....(EXIT)i seen the other reviews and cant believe shes done this to more hispanic ppl. Shes prob racist ugly heart.. i did not go with my mother but lord know if i had gone she felt helpless and looked down on by this lady..

My Meds were stolen out of the delivery truck 2 weeks ago and no one cared enough to notify me, the only way I found out was by calling them direct to track why it was stuck in bloomington for 2 weeks. This NOT a "one-off" 3rd time to lose package.
