Had a very pleasant buying experience with Maria. From the first contact to signing the paperwork, it was probably 2 1/2 hours. It was so fast, I've never had such a smooth interaction with a salesperson before. This is the second car I've bought with them. I'll be going back when I need another car. Thank you UAC team.

I bought a 2014 Infiniti Q50 in July of 2024, the finance manger got me approved really quick and easy. The car was in good condition they were honest to me. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

If you're looking for an honest and reputable place to buy a car... this is not it. I came from out of state to buy a car from them and it was the worst experience I've ever had buying a car from a dealer. This is my experience, and I challenge anyone who has the power to respond
The test drive was absurd but not my main complaint. It all started going south when I said I had obtained a pre-qualification from my bank to finance the car and that all they needed to do was contact that bank, but no, didn't mean anything to them because they couldn't scam me more money, so it took over an hour to finally seal the deal.
First thing the guy attempted to do was sell the car to me for $2,000 - $1,998 if you want to get specific - over their listed price. I mean, I can't make this up...he showed me some kind of website where supposedly it said that in California's law, it was completely legal to add $2,000 to the price they listed. Unbelievable! Mind you, I brought a car to sell/trade with my title in hand, which they tried to trade me in at $300.
Long story short, I got quadruple the money they initially offered for my trade in/sell, got the car for the price listed, and the financing from the bank I pre-qualified from. Bunch of scum sucking low life stereotypical time-wasting garbage sales tactics
Now they won't provide me with paperwork showing I sold them my vehicle to appease my out of state DMV, which costs me money. Famous words from them are. "I'll call you back in 30 minutes. Oh, we were busy, boss is out to lunch I'll get back to you." Sound familiar, Luis?
Also worth mentioning... they registered the car I bought from them in their state of California and then canceled the registration. Now the dmv in California is sending me letters for fees because of it. You guys suck
