It’s a zero star review. Yes, as people mentioned, they don’t care about your time. Overweight first time, overweight 2nd time after adjusting. First time loaded a day before Christmas on Sunday. Appointment was at 9am. Loaded at 4.30pm same day. Overweight. And that’s it. Time to go home, we don’t care about the job we just didn’t do right. Now it’s Tuesday 5 pm. Still waiting. Thanks for a great holidays and spending time in the truck while not earning money that I could earn! ??????♀️THIS PLACE SUCKS

They don’t really care about appointments , they don’t care about the drivers , there strait up rude and entitled, they won’t try to work with u at all regardless of ur situation . Highly recommended all drivers to not come here. P.S. all the good reviews and stars are from the Management don’t be fooled .

The management of this place does not care. No improvement will be done. Nobody here cares about YOU OR YOUR TIME. Reviews are strictly for drivers so at least they somewhat aware what they got themselves into.All the good reviews are complete by the management themselves. Just keep some good ones there. Or 1 in the million situations where you in and out within 30 minutes.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST, if you can

Even if you have appointment it doesn’t matter. And don’t come before time if timegap is too much they will send you back. You will get dock according to appointment time but unloading takes a long time. I parked at dock at 10am and still waiting it is 1220pm. Wasting the time. If there is appointment system then how it takes a whole day to unload.

When your appointment is for the 28th and it gets rescheduled to the 31st with NO warning you are at Unilever.Nice people but critically understaffed so it reflects in the appointment times.
