They have different prices at different stores ! So watch out ! I bought a rebuilt starter ,I thought I'd paid $190 plus $10 core, so I went to return it and only got $187 , that ain't right !

The hubby and I had to stop by O'Reillys on Valley Blvd today to pick up a few things and the lady Michelle helped us...... she was fantastic as well as knowing what she was doing and talking about. She was extremely helpful and kind. All of them were kind but being as she was the one waiting on us she went above and beyond. Customer service everywhere needs more Michelle's

I made an online purchase to pick up a part in store and was sent an email confirmation saying the estimated pick up time would be the next day around noon and to wait for another email that would let me know when to go pick it up. One week and four days later and I still never got that email or my money back. Be careful when trying to make an online purchase from this establishment as they are shady. Also, I made the same online purchase at Carquest and they actually sent me the second email letting me know my part was ready to pick up. In short don't wast your time at O'Reilly's and just go to Carquest.

Decent store employees do not acknowledge your existence unless you ask them something in regard to your reason for visiting which is kinda frustrating. I like to be acknowledge regardless of if I need help or not. It's nice to know that the employees are thinking about helping me and acknowledging my presence. They could have a employee customer relations training session for a refresh in customer satisfaction.
