I’ve used ups, t force, abf, xpo. None of them were as good as my last experience with old dominion. I had a guy named Dee go the extra mile. Put my huge shipment up a hill in the perfect spot. Had nicer equipment than most to move my boxs. Dee you’re the man and an asset to the company

Did a delivery here. Security sent me to wrong place to check in. Yard had no parking and was very un professional. Staff was rude and demanding. Had me sign paperwork no related to my load as well as tried to photo copies my ID. When I refused they were ok with no seeing my lisence.... if it's policy why wouldn't they atleast look at it they only wanted a copy of it? Waited on a dock over 2 hrs to unload 1 pallet

Drove for a short time here in the linehaul dept. Hours were garbage which I was prepared for, but one time I got into an argument with the dispatch who tried to force me to pick up and overweight trailer. Soon after my hours were all over the place because he was the person who would call you in.

They were a great place to drop a trailer of freight. The ladies in "Control Room" were pleasant and quick.

Bad place. Strict on the appointment time but very slow to loaded the trailer . Been waiting for almost 6 hrs and all my driving hours busted fir the day. Terrible place.

I worked here for literally one day. Everything was fine and I was excited to join the team BUT THEN I met the P&D team. And they definitely weren’t welcoming. They were dismissive. And really ignored my presence until I was introduced to them directly. Everyone seemed quite grumpy. And you can definitely tell the managers have a power trip. I’m glad I left because I know someone who works there now and they are dealing with all types of harassment. From numerous managers including from the manager who was going to be my manager who likes to refer to woman has home wreckers. But not only is it some of the managers it’s also the trainers as well. They have been reported and other people have said they also reported THE SAME PEOPLE and yet those managers and trainers are still employed. Old dominion says they will take care of the problem but then just dismiss it. It seems like the might not mind a law suit for harassment and bullying in the workplace . Train your managers and trainers better. If you don’t mind your job being threatened for using the bathroom or if you don’t mind being yelled at in front of everyone or being accused of not working when numerous employees can vouch that you were working THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU ? Old dominion can definitely do better.
