“Trying to get my watch battery changed I had stopped by Macys (Google recommended). And they told me a very high cost and that it would be 4-6 weeks since they had to ship it out. But another guy over heard and recommended this place. I walked in. This guy comes out. I told him what I needed. He looked at my watch and gave me a price. I was surprised how inexpensive it sounded and asked how long. He asked if I was in a rush. If not to give him less than 10 min. Boom. 4 minutes later he gave the watch back. I paid him. “I came from Loma Linda to this location! The customer service is impeccable. My wedding band lost one small diamond stone on the band. I was so stressed out and the staff here are amazing. Not only did she go above and beyond to get this ring to me back on the same day but she made me feel comfortable and confident that everything would get fixed and done properly. I am including before and after pictures. I am so confident in this jeweler that I will be returning again for all of my jewelry needs from now on. The prices are also incredibly reasonable. “Before I went up there, I gave them a call. My phone call was answered right away and I explain to him that I needed a new battery for my watch. The owner was so kind and so respectful over the phone and he told me to just bring it in whenever I had the chance, and he would do that for me. I get there five minutes later and he was like oh you must be the one that called and I said yes I sure am. He then proceeded to ask me for the watch and he said just wait right there and he will have it fixed soon enough. I kid you not I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. He was so fast and change the battery so quickly highly recommend service was great. He was kind, respectful and very nice. And on my watch is fixed in the battery is finally operating.”
“I called 4 different coin shops asking what they paid for generic silver rounds and all 4 shops offered less than spot. I called this place and it was the only place that offered over spot. Best price to sell your silver/gold. Previous reviewer doesn't know what he's talking about. Roosevelt dimes are less expensive than Mercury dimes. If you don't believe me, go to SD Bullion and check the prices (in fact, check eBay). He's honest with his evaluations. I will definitely return here to sell my silver/gold because he offers over spot. Call around to other places first and you won't see anyone offer over spot prices.”
