“I received the most GORGEOUS flowers from willow branch for my birthday from my husband. He says they were great to work with and made a better bouquet than he could've imagined. He showed them a reference photo and they exceeded any expectations he had. Also bonus points that our dog's name is Willow, that's why he chose it! We have definitely found our new favorite florist delivery was quick and easy too! Only note is that he wishes there were smaller delivery windows so he could guarantee a delivery by 2pm. Other than that, everything was amazing! Second photo is to show how huge these flowers really were! I'm blown away. Thank you again willow branch!”

They not only delivered a beautiful arrangement, they gave input and tips on making it the best they could make it…you get a unique arrangement that is not a cookie cutter design you’d typically expect. They can do that, but each arrangement I’ve ever got there, has been a “one-off” and very detailed. This Valentine’s Day arrangement didn’t disappoint…my wife absolutely love it! “Earlier today, I visited this sams club location with my grandma and mom. Upon walking in the store, we had already been looking for one of the ride on carts that are for people with disabilities. After searching for 15 min outside, my grandma was starting to feel sick from the heat, granted she is 84 years old and barely walking. We then went to look for somewhere to sit inside where she could cool off. This is where we met the sweetheart, Veronica, who was todays door person. Without hesitation, Veronica got my grandma a chair to sit on and quickly asked if she needed water. Next, she ask if we had requested a driving cart, which we quickly replied yes. Veronica then got on her walkie talkie and said that a customer was waiting for one of these rare carts. After Veronica called it out, one of the other employees brought it straight to my grandma. Veronica also provided my grandma with a bottle of water because she was aware that she was elderly and in the heat leading up to our entrance into the store. We were so stunned at the level of service that this young sweetheart provided. During our shopping trip and ride home, my grandma couldn't stop talking about how sweet this young girl was. These are the type of employees who make you want to shop at certain store. Veronica deserves some major recognition from the company because very few people these days go above and beyond to make an impact on customers lives. We all look forward to seeing her the next time we shop here. My grandma is forever thankful for the courtesy and kindness that Veronica provided to my family today. I hope to see you soon and I hope this recognition finds its way to someone who can give this kind soul a Pat on the back and return the favor that she provided to us today.”

“Ordered a custom sympathy bouquet for a friend and gave a few ideas of what she liked (sunflowers, and the colors rose gold, teal, and purple) I even made a joke about not being able to add teal flowers. I told her over the phone I trusted her opinion based on my information as I'm not a florist. She said they could deliver same day! My friend sent me a photo of the flowers a few hours later and to my surprise teal flowers! They nailed it”

“Outstanding experience all around, Ive ordered from Edible Arrangements before and had an absolute disaster, but these guys restored my faith in flower and holiday delivery. My girl had never gotten anything delivered to her at her work and she was absolutely thrilled, and of course so am I! I would however like to point out a suggestion... I was worried, didnt know where the flowers were and the time of delivery. I would have loved it if there was a way to track the order similar to the major food delivery sites, this way, it would set my mind at ease and given me a higher level of comfort. But still loved the text my girl gave me and it went perfect! Top quality arrangement, very well presented, and actually 10 times nicer than expected. Thank you for making this holiday incredible!”

“I have to give a huge shout out to Dulce!!I walked in 20 minutes before closing and she (as well as a young new employee) was able to make a bouquet of flowers for me. I had walked in and seen a beautiful arrangement in the refrigerated area but I wanted it done in a bouquet instead of a vase. Dulce said she can get it done (which was to my surprise since they were almost closed). I was so happy with the end result and her and the other employee were able to provide such a quick yet beautiful and carefully crafted and detailed job. She even helped me pick out the wrapping paper and suggested her favorite one which I absolutely loved. My boyfriend loved the wonderful surprise. Thank you so much Dulce!
