It's unfortunate that this FedEx is extremely unorganized. For example when you dropping off a trailer the guard at the gate will say drop it over there. ??And when you're picking up a trailer they'll say go and find it in the yard. Mind you, the yard has about 3,000 trailers on it. I may exaggerate a tad but it looks like about 3,000 ?They want you to search practically every trailer to find yours. FedEx if you guys could just put numbers on your parking spots and then make sure that you know the number where we where the loaded trailers, that would be perfect.Every time I come here I'm so frustrated and upset because it takes 2 hours to get in and out of this place. Because of the tremendous amount unorganization.FedEx you guys make me sad ? when I come here At the thought of searching for the trailer, coming back to the office with the loaded trailer, all the excess tractors and trailers parked around the line haul.I'm really hope that you guys can improve this unorganized system and make it make sense and make it more organized for your drivers.

This is the worse place for pickup load .so many excuses by check in staff .if u r coming here pickup preloaded trailer u never can expect it can be ready on time or before time .it takes forever. Never clear with drivers .never say yes or no .becarful this faclity. Never come again never pickup load with FedEx from Bloomington faclity .poor service. They can cry u .so be careful this place .worse worse worse

This place is seriously messed up! Order pickup from City of Industry 10/19/23 to be delivered to me in Moreno Valley, Ca and this place couldn’t read label so made a new one incorrectly and sent it through FIVE different states and I still haven’t received it! Keep getting updates that the package is delayed! Sam’s Club seriously needs to get a new carrier service!!!! This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this place!

This place is ridiculously busy with only one person working the window. You have to stand outside in the heat and wait. You have to fill out form make sure you have all your information before hand if you don't 15-20 driver's will have shown up. It's hard to locate trailer it could be anywhere on the yard

My package said it needed a new label a few days ago and now it's lost. There were valuable items inside and I'm very confident it was STOLEN from this facility. Fedex is the worst. Do not use.

I feel like my stuff is constantly being held hostage by this useless company. My package left this facility a whole two days ago for a 120 mile trip to my local distro center. Like are y'all walking or just incompetent?

Idk where to start, you guys are the worst! My husband has been waiting for a package since like 2 weeks ago, the first time you "lost" it and didn't know where it was, my husband had that package redelivered, today it said out for delivery/ in transit. All of a sudden it said pending. My husband decided to cancel his whole order. Either there is someone with sticky fingers or you simply can't do your job. We never have issues with UPS OR AMAZON!

I’m sure it’s a great company to work for but the “managers” don’t give a dam if your about to pass out or if your not feeling well they will tell you to just resign, don’t even ask if you need anything or if your ok, I been a supervisor before and I would NEVER treat my employees the way this location treats there employees who are working hard labor unloading trucks and the security is insane they search you like if your in a dam prison! But that’s not what really bothered me I’m just saying…

They won't deliver to 440 W San Ysidro Blvd (US post office). UPS delivers there. They have my 85lb package. I can't contact a live human being, only AI robots that haven't a clue. SUCKS!

Drivers don't finish their routes, I've had packages show out for delivery multiples times and the drivers take them back to the terminal, I call in and they say sorry well do it all over again tomorrow that's just the way it is. Management has an oh well attitude. Definitely not my favorite shipping company..

This place is HORRIBLE. I’m a resident of 20 years who live off cactus. These ground drivers tailgate like crazy, literally drive around cars already going 30 mph in a residential neighborhood. Managers NEED to hold their ground drivers responsible. We have kids on these streets!

Incredibly disorganized, trailers are dropped crooked and randomly, there are hosslers but you wouldn't be able to tell by driving through. The redundancies for picking up a load add to the frustration as well as hazards. I don't know how the terminal manager is still employed. I've been picking up here for years and it just keeps getting worse. It's the shining example of how terrible mega ATA companies can be.

Line haul is ridiculousThey have 1 womens restroom with a shower attachedI went in and waited 10 mins then I finally asked for the key to the other women’s restroom which is locked because it’s for “employees” and they usually let us women drivers use it if the other restroom is occupied.Well being that I waited 10 mins and there was another lady waiting I asked for the key and they said it was occupied as well. Well that was a lie because we knocked on the door and no one answered and no one ever came out! FEDEX do better for all drivers not just for men!

Careful when you come here the most un organized FedEx I've seen so far trailers every where bolt seal on the ground every where can cause a flat which happened to me on 2 occasions
