FEDEX is absolutely the most unreliable shipping service I have ever encountered. And when you call them to find out what's happening, you get some non-native English speaker with a made-up US name, who doesn't have a CLUE what's going on, you have to ask over and over for them to repeat what they're saying because of their accent, and they absolutely NEVER give you any help at all. FEDEX needs to go out of business, and be replaced by a shipping service that actually delivers as promised!Followup review: It has been 6 years since I left a 1 star review. Honestly, their service has improved substantially. I credit that on change of driver's AND Amazon. Since Amazon has dominated the home shopping market, Fedex service has improved. We get many packages from companies that don't sell on Amazon so I applaud Fedex for improving service.NOTE: last week I ordered a specialty power cord from Harbor Freight. I paid extra for express shipping. Fedex got the package. The package came to their nearest hub city, San Bernardino, an hour away from my home. Then traveled west over 60 miles toward Los Angeles. Now it is a 2 hour drive, and cost one extra day in transit due to Fedex, not Harbor Freight. Admittedly, it's their first screw up in over a year, and not the driver's fault. But it makes no sense!

The work there was very fast paced with little space to work with certain work locations looked difficult to adjust to, pay was every week but I wouldn't plan to go back only because it wasn't at all the atmosphere I looked for

If I could give this location zero stars I would. It's been almost a week and my 7 out of 8 boxes (30 lb boxes) are still delayed. One box says it is in MO on a turtle's back slowly hopefully making its way to NY. This is hurting my small business as they sit on packages or steal them. This location obviously has issues and needs to be investigated. I spent hundreds of dollars to have these 8 boxes shipped and who knows when or if I will ever receive them. No one at FedEx can tell me where they are or when they will deliver. This is product for my small business that i desperately need. Such a joke.

Waited ten days for an item that I had paid to be sent overnight coming out of this facility and I haven’t seen it yet. They ran an investigation on it and then responded they can’t find the item. Had the item re sent with a replacement item also had that sent overnight and it’s going on day two and that item is now saying delayed. Oh, and I forgot to mention it’s a 93 pound mattress that’s getting “lost”. Like this, this place sucks!

lowlife workers that can't do a job. if theres a package missing it's from these thief's here at the Bloomington location. ill only use ups for now on, FedEx has double the packages missing then ups and delivery dates are actual dates. this Bloomington location needs to be investigated for theft.

FedEx is a joke. The second your package is marked "Delayed", they will ghost you - no more tracking info, no information on current location of your package - nothing.

Please fire all of the people at this hub and eliminate it. Nothing is ever delivered on time from this hub and is always at least a day late. I've had packages disappear at this hub and other packages get bounced to the city of industry further delaying delivery.

They let the trucks out late which delays the deliveries. If it wasn't for the late deliveries I'd give them a 5 star

Friendly people work here. Went to pick up kennel cough drops for 3 littl dogs. Didn’t actually pick up because package was sent out again for delivery. Anyway, easy pickup.

They held my package for many weeks every day they make a new excuse why it can't be delivered a few more days it will be a month terrible service says weather delays but yet other fedex trucks are delivering even to the next door neighbor so now it's delayed again for a holiday weekend this is trash service and will use ups for now on.
