Been coming here for over 20 years. No complaints, occasionally if we get a damaged screen or something they will replace it if we let them know. It says a lot about them. Julio is fair and honest. Don Roberto is always polite and helpful. You also don't have to wait hours in line to get in and out.

I've been going here for years. They were ok at first but the customer service got worse and worse. They will THROW metal on your truck if you don't watch them. I have to check the metal every time because I've gotten shorted many times but most of all I get metal that is bent or twisted. Today was the last straw.....I needed a piece of 4" square tubing 1/8 wall 24' in length.....I cut into it and it was 14 gate......almost half the wall size I paid for......the ends were cut and painted to look like 1/8 " wall.......that's just outrageous especially considering I was using this piece to support 500 pounds......the delivery driver likes to just drop your metal on the ground and throw trash in your yard also......not Robert but the other one

This place helped me out a lot. Small outfit, and I normally don't have a need for the types of services provided here. Yet I needed 3 rectangular quarter inch steel pipes cut down in size. I don't have said tools so I required someone who did. Enter this company. I called around but no one would cut such a small amount of pieces or the price was extremely expensive. I drove by Empire Steel so they could see what I was working with and they gladly cut my 3 pieces for an adequate price (Not $50 as I was quoted by another company). Needless to say I was happy to have a company close by that I could use as I had to have them cut twice due to inaccurate measuring on my part. I wasn't charged twice and I'm happy this company took the time to help me out.

I've been going to empire for years and the service was great at first. Then after a while I was getting bent metal all the time and the workers were throwing the metal when they loaded it and throwing trash in my yard when they delivered but today they sold me a 24 foot piece of 4"square tubing that was supposed to be 1/8 " wall and when I cut into it was 14 gauge that was cut and made to look like 1/8th. They did replace it after I said something but I'm sure it was no accident. The weight difference is twice as much and thats not the first time something like that has happened. I'm going to Pattons from now on.
