I took my new cell phone which I accidentally dropped it, this was a week ago the first person that tended to me my cell will be ready in 1 hour ! Today is Tuesday I called to get a update And without telling me anything they ordered parts for a my brand new cell poor service unreliable and they lie I'm so disappointed with there service DO NOT TAKE OR BUY PHONES FROM THEM LAW SUIT

Needed a USB Wifi Adapter. Called ahead to see if they had any in stock. The friendly and professional staff set me up with what I needed. Offered to provide customer support if I ran into problems. Device was plug-and-play as DC comp stated. Happy customer.

Great service, friendly. They did a diagnostic on my ps4 to determine what was wrong with it before quoting a price and gave me all the options that they had available. They also held onto my system for me until I hads the funds to get it fixed. I plan on bringing in my laptop to ha e them look at it too
