“My vehicle broke down on my way back home from California (mind you that I leave four states away) it decided to break down in Las Vegas. The owner arranged to have my vehicle towed back to the shop were it had some repairs done a couple of weeks before for a reasonable price and fast. Other places in Vegas where I called to get a quote to have my vehicle towed back to California were to expensive. I didn't have to worry about leaving my vehicle in this shop for repairs. I knew I was in good hands since I had taken it in for a previous repair. My family member recommend this place to me. The people there are nice and helpful and know what they are doing. I returned a couple of months after they had worked on my vehicle's transmission. I was very pleased with their work and happy that I had my suv ready and waiting for me to drive it back home. Hopefully this doesn't happen ever again. But if it does and I'm in California I would gladly take it to have it service at this shop. They really take care of their customers. Great work.👔

“I should have written a review much sooner, but what can I say? People typically write a review for a business after they receive unsatisfactory service!. I am EXTREMELY leery of auto mechanics, and often for a good reason after being burned by several different automotive shops. Several years ago I took a chance on this shop and I am so thankful! initially the shop was about 5 miles from my home so it was convenient as well. Over 3 years ago I moved 30 miles away from this shop and I still use it for all my automotive needs for my family cars. I trust Charlie, the owner, wholeheartedly. I believe he is very honest, does an amazing thorough job, and charges fair prices. This past week my car broke down and couldn't be driven from my home to the shop. Unfortunately my road side service only covers a maximum of 10 miles (I will be looking into new road side service as a side note). I called Charlie to see if he happened to have a tow truck as some auto shops do. Unfortunately his place does not. I tried calling several tow services and the tow services wanted to charge me over $300! I was determined to have my car towed to Charlie at TLC because I don't trust anyone else but $300 seemed so steep!. Charlie told me to let him call around to tow companies he had worked with in the past. Amazingly, Charlie was able to find a tow service for 1/3 the cost and he graciously offered to pay half the towing costs since I was giving him the business. The car needed a lot of work (maintenance type issues due to age/mileage) and while it pained me to pay the bill, I know I received a very fair price. In fact, I talked to 2 different friends that had similar work to their cars recently and they could not believe the price I paid! I truly appreciate that his prices are more than fair, but even more than that, I am very happy that I happened to find this business by pure chance as I believe that Charlie is a fair mechanic that will not try to sell me something I do not need.”
