My son took our family car to work at Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort. It’s a two wheel drive Camry so we decided to store it down the hill out of the big snow down in Bishop at Bob’s Auto Storage. Bob’s wouldn’t take credit cards so we paid up front with cash for two months and received an “old school” paper receipt. My son needed to come home early and Bob’s released his car from the storage lot two days into the second month. They said the rest of the prepaid second month wasn’t refundable. Now I know why these scoundrels only work in cash.RIPOFFS! Now I know why they only work with cash. Beware, I would have had some recourse with acredit card company arbitrating. Enjoy my $55 bucks, Bob.

My son stored our family 2 wheel drive car at Bob's down the hill at Bishop while he worked at the Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort. Bob's doesn't take credit cards so we paid cash and received a paper receipt for two months of storage at $65 per month. We took the car out of storage after 33 days and Bob's informed us that he doesn't refund unused storage days. RIPOFF
