The owner is super nice. She was very accomidating and friendly. For the price, you will not find a better place to spend the night. In comparison to the hotel next door, this place is clean spacious and the best deal for your money.
Rooms: The rooms are clean and it seems the staff go out of their way to attempt and accomidate you.
Walkability: There are many places to walk to, its located just off of main street.
Noteworthy details: The pool is crystal clear.

My son and I enjoyed our stay very much! We look forward to returning next year for our third visit to this lovely motel.
Rooms: Very nice rooms with very nice air conditioning.
Nearby activities: Nearby fishing within 15 miles of the motel. There is a large pool as well although we did not partake this time.

Completely satisfactory! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the room was well maintained and clean and we even had a kitchen with good equipment. It's a bit noisy but we feel very comfortable and the price-performance ratio is very good. We didn't use the pool but everything there seemed clean and well maintained and there were enough towels.
We took a 2.5 day break from the PCT and are very happy about such good accommodation. The bed is very comfortable and everything you need is there. The WiFi is fast and works perfectly. The location is perfect!

We loved staying here! Really clean rooms, nice beds for an affordable price. They had nice soap and body wash too in the clean bathroom. Very friendly front staff. Would definitely recommend!!

Some rooms are a bit dated, but they are clean! I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years, I love dealing with the same people every time. Adriana has stellar customer service and as I am in customer service myself…I REALLY appreciate how she goes out of her way. Despite there being newer places in town to stay, we like the fact that we can park directly in front of our room and it is located near the center of town but off 395 so nice and quiet. The Bishop Village Motel is always our home away from home.

This place is 5 of 5 to me. One of the really simple and nice room we stayed at. You get all the basic things you will need. Has wifi, fridge, flat tv, microwave and coffee maker. The bed sheets, covers and towels are all clean. It is quiet. The bathroom smells nice to me. Parking area is safe. We are a family of 3. We will definitely choose this place again once we go back to Bishop. Oh, one more thing, the owner was too nice and accomodating to let us pack our stuff and not charge us extra eventhough we are beyond the 11am check out time. Thank you Bishop village motel. We enjoyed our stay!

Couldn't reach the motel due to unexpected road closures, they ignored all my attempts to communicate and just simply charged my card.

The lady in the front office is rude. Over priced. Rooms need updating. All furniture looks second hand blankets included. Carpet should have probably been replaced years ago according to health and safety code. Avoid like the plague if possible.Noteworthy details: Rooms are over priced, too small old and dingy.

RUDE Arrived at office, it was locked. Note on the door said check your email for room and code. We had no email. Called both numbers, but there were no answers. Emailed, text. Got text from person apologizing for not sending email. Got a call from her. She was talking over me, exasperated that I had to get a different room. She was rude and said it was a lot of hassle for her to give a full refund for HER mistake, but she'd do it anyway.

Ideal stay from Death Valley to Yosemite/Mono Lake. The town of Bishop is very pleasant (people walk in the street! Rare in the US). The motel is very well maintained. We sleep in peace / easy to park there. Close to bakeries and a laundromat. To
