Followed the google map directions, but didn't see anything resembling a shop. Tried to call, but no answer. It's a shame, because I really wanted to get a few things. It'd probably be best when the fields are purple anyway. I just was here during the wrong time of the year.

I'm so disappointed! On November 12 I ordered some lavender. They accepted my $26, and I have still not received it six weeks later. I have emailed them three times and called and left Two messages. I offered to drive down and pick it up, still nothing. I've submitted it for review to Pay Pal, so I'm hoping I'll at least get my money back. I'd say don't chance ordering from them!

I ordered one small bottle of lavender oil to the tune of around 25 dollars with shipping and handling. I've left messages with no return call. They say they check their messages but I've not gotten a call. My husband needs this oil for his diabetic sore and now I'm going to have to order off Amazon. Last time I order from them.

This is a stop to make on the way to Chico or surrounding areas. The grounds are beautiful and in lavender season, something you don't want to miss. The chic and friendly Lavender Farm store sells oodles of amazing products and gifts, including lotions, lavender for your home and other organic and lovely items. Stop in, you will be delighted.

We drove all the way out here to go to the farm and it was closed with a big note on the door even after we looked it up online and online it said that it was open so we are very discouraged and were unable to actually go inside but we looked in the window and it looks like it would be a neat place to shop around but it's probably a good thing they were closed I would've spent way too much money here

I placed an order for hand sanitizer on March 15th. At that time there was nothing on the website saying that they weren't taking new orders. I got an email that my order was received, and they took the payment from my account. After 1 week, I emailed to check the order, no response. I called them a week after that, again, just to check on order status and if the order was not going to be filled, I would like a refund. Their answering machine message says their online store is open and they are checking and returning calls multiple times a day. I've called 2 times now (3/27 and 4/3) and haven't gotten a call back. I also tried reaching out to their Facebook page and they haven't even read the message. I don't want to leave a bad review, and I don't want anything free, I am asking for Some sort of reply to me and either the product I ordered or my money refunded. Please Lavender Ranch, make things right. I also my job purchased from you and is experiencing the same thing (no product, lack of response etc.) please return emails or calls and or send the product or refund people!

Just happened across this little place as we were driving and took a quick turn into the facility. Not a huge operation but a great place to visit. The gift shop was all lavender products and smelled heavenly. I bought some lavender essential oil and wish I could purchase more. It was the best quality I've ever had before.

I know it is a long time ago but I worked for a very short period of time at the farm in 2003 before returning home to the UK. I had some of the products and still have the empty bottle of lavendar oil, which smells just as strong after all this time. The products were great and I assume just the same.

Lovely little store with everything Lavendar..I absolutely love the products from the soap to the lotions and the rice. The prices are very reasonable compared to other like products. The have wonderful gift packs as well or make up your own.

I have used Bayliss Lavender oil for years as a essential oil atomizer and room spray. While replenishing my supply last week the manager gave me a information sheet on many other uses. I discovered from the info sheet that lavender oil soothes itching and inflammation from bees, mosquitoes, etc.
