“Ken, I spent all morning calling around and was able to get ahold of Ken. He told me that he was full of other jobs today, but then paused and asked what needed to be done. I told him and he says I'll push my other projects aside bring your truck on in. Ken was incredibly polite and had a 30 minute conversation with me. He told me it might take 3 hours, I called him after 2 and he had the repair finished!!! Cannot recommend enough. He's the only one in his shop though so you might have to wait in repair.”
“Took my 2003 Dodge diesel to Midvalley 2 times and both times received excellent service. Gave me several choices and recommendations on what was needed to be done. I felt very comfortable with the repair and quality of work done. Bobby the owner spent plenty of time explaining what was wrong and how best to repair my truck. Is not doing well.
I called and spoke to Christi the day before and toll her I need two trailer tire f oi R my travel trailer she told me they had them and told her I would be in the next day.
Upon arriving was told to turned around and come in the other way to the truck service area.
Which I did.
Then I walked to the front of the store to pay .
A guy named MATT came to the counter and d iui don't even look up or say hi can I help you.
I told him I had talked to christi the day before he said what are you wanting
I told him the tire size and that I wanted to make sure the DOT DATES are good.
He said he the tires .
I paid for them and received my receipt.
He MATT took a copy of the receipt and and walked away to a door that went to the truck service area. He then went about h oi a job .
Never saying thank you or KMA .
THIS IS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ?
But I will say Robert the kid who did the tires was A ONE.
Explained what he was doing and finished the job and said thanks for stopping.
Maybe MATT DOESN'T LIKE PEOPLE WHO WARE COWBOY HATS.
OR MAYBE THE FACT THAT IM FROM SO CAL.
ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING.
I KNOW FROM WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC FOR 35 YRS THE CUSTOMER IS 99.9 PERCENT OF THE RIGHT.

“They are really friendly there. I’m a single mom at the time I had no family around. They made me feel comfortable being there and talked to me about what my options were. They told me what did and didn’t need done. I know any other place would have ripped me off and suggested various things just because they could. I could tell the guys there were sincerely honest with what was going on with my vehicle and talked to me on a level I understood versus trying to go over my head or show off. They are amazing and I will go there any time I need a mechanic for sure :)”

“I took my car into Rudy after another mechanic kept charging me for things that never seemed to fix the problems I was having. Rudy diagnosed the problem and told me exactly what needed to be done. He was very professional and did the repairs at a reasonable cost. He kept me updated along the way. He answered all my questions about the needed repairs. Two good words to describe Rudy would be Trustworthy and Experienced.”

I had them do heater core, ball joints, computer reprograming, etc. If cant fix the issue with my car. I go to Cooks auto.Bottomline is whatever the issue with my car. I know it will get done.

“I am very happy with the service that I have received from the Pape Gridley location. The starter on my 1996 JD 310D backhoe went out. They came out on a service call and replaced the starter. I had another problem with the backhoe and they took it to the shop and made the repairs. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of the shop repairs.
