“I got my Jeep stuck in the snow off roading near Holcomb Valley in Big Bear. Despite using my recovery equipment / winch for a few hours, I wasn't making significant progress. Sun was going down, so I made the call to Steve at Big Bear Off Road Recovery & Towing. What a life saver! He called me back right away, drove out in the dark off road, and got my vehicle out. Steve and his son were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend their service.”

“I live in LA area my aunt had an abandoned truck parked in her driveway for 2 wks. in Lake Arrowhead. I called to see if there was anything that we could do as we were told it's an HOA issue. a local tow service wanted to charge a few hundred dollars to tow it a few miles. I called Panorama towing who was referred to me by a friend..I spoke to the owner, Lee! so happy I did! Lee and her dispatchers drove an hr. to my aunts cabin , hooked it up and towed it back an hr. to BB city. ( not to mention the street is extremely narrow). they went above and beyond anyone's expectations as far as I am concerned. Oh, and at no charge . Lee explained how everything worked with the towing fees. what an honest lovely lady! I highly recommend this company! they took care of everything. “This towing company is absolutely wonderful. The had a quick response and were very clear in their timing and rates and what to expect. Even as I was being towed I observed the clarity they were providing to other people in line to be towed about the anticipated timing and were so considerate of their time and needs. The price of the tow was the best I could find after calling around the entire mountain and getting quotes. David, our driver, was amazing!!!!! He was so helpful and professional and even tried jumping the car to see if he could save us time and money and out of Genuine care to try and do what was best by everyone in queue to be towed. I could tell he genuinely cared to help us and we had such good conversation on the way home. He is super comfortable to be around and had such interesting insightful things to contribute in conversation. It really made me see the bright side of a bad situation and really made my day.
