Literally saved my life and my living. The state farm emergency roadside assistance was about to charge me 150$ to fix my bent rims and broken lugnut but they literally fixed it for 20$! And they were very professional about it. Especially oscar how he did it like in 10mins

I work for a tow company in Big Bear City and have a mechanic right next door to our business, but will still take our vehicles to Oscar. On a Sunday if you are on the mountain and you end up needing any automotive work done, Oscar is the guy to do it. You will not be disappointed!Services: Tires

Was recommended by AAA driver when my cousins Motorhome needed two tires badly and All the other tire shops in Big Bear were NO Help! Caesar was incredible ! He was the only one that said, No problem…they will be here the next day. Highly recommend this place. Ty Caesar for helping my cousin and getting it done before the big storm hit.Service: Tires

Extremely helpful, polite, and fast. We discovered a tire losing air, and not holding it when we added air at the fast statin. It was on a Saturday no less. They invited us to come by immediately, we’re able to fit us in, and fixed it on the spot. I highly recommend O’s!!

This shop is the best! These guys go above and beyond and I am so grateful. They answered the phone on a holiday, they were able to fix my car when no one else had time. They coordinated a vehicle drop off, diagnostic and repair while Oscar was at the bottom of the hill ready to get parts - all in a snow storm! They didn’t have to, but they picked us up from our rental cabin when we had no other way of getting to the vehicle. And lastly, the repair wasn’t as extreme or expensive as it could have easily been.People like Oscar make me proud of humanity and proud of Big Bear. When it gets tough, the people step up to help. I’m not a pro in snow but the latest storm was major and we got stuck. Without O’s Tires I don’t know how many more days it would have taken to get down the mountain. I am forever grateful and will always promote them as the best. They truly are the best.

We were stuck on the side of the highway leaving Big Bear with a broken leaf spring and two ruined tires on my fifth wheel trailer. I called several places and no one could help me. Luckily I found Oscar's company and he came right out to our location and did a temporary fix to allow us to limp to a safe parking spot where we could spend the night. He got the replacement springs and four new tires by the next morning and sent his tech out to fix us up by mid-day. His prices were reasonable and he went over and above expectations to help us and get us on our way. This man was an angel. My only gripe is his credit card provider charged us a nearly 4% surcharge, which I thought was outrageous and illegal. Oscar is the best but he seriously needs to find a better way to take credit cards.

I had a nail in my tire on my way up the mountain. Realized it at 5pm on a Friday and every shop I called was either closed, or too busy to help me with a patch even the next day.I found O’s and he said he would wait for me and throw a patch in. Once I got there we realized the nail was in the sidewall. He didn’t have a tire delivery Saturday but he had someone go down the mountain to get me a new tire and put a plug in the meantime.I went back the next day and he installed the tire with little wait and charged me a very fair price. It was the same I would’ve paid at Costco tire which is lower than most places at the bottom of the mountain. Good work and nice guy too.

I find the owner to be honest. I wasn't happy about one particular thing but it's not as important as all the good things they have done.
