Free overdraw fee waived when you add money to overdrawn account same day. All other banks I have been with won't even notify me right away when overdrawn which can lead to overdrawn fee and returned check fee multiple days in a row. US BANK, without me even asking, sent me a warning right away that I was overdrawn and said I had until 10pm to put money into the account and waive the overdraft fee. It took me 5 seconds to transfer money between accounts and the fee was automatically waived later that day. So I'm writing this to reward the banks great behavior. I love this feature! The phone app is also better than all the other bank apps I was using last year.

I have been here for years and I have had excellent service. My acct was hacked. They contacted me the same day. I went in, they gave me a temporary card, and they took care of everything else. The staff is always friendly and eager to help!!!

Long lines! Manager sits in office doesn't help customers. Can I call your local branch and talk to a live person .I was forced to switch to First Foundation.

Went in over the weekend to add my wife to my existing checking account and was told rather rudely that we needed an appointment to do so, despite being the only ones there. Put a bad taste in our mouths and we changed our minds about doing business with them.

Us bank is horrible! I deposited a check via ATM, after 3 days I called customer service to see what the issue was as it had not deposited into my acct! Customer service had no answers so I asked for her supervisor, was transferred to Teresa in the fraud department. Teresa stated my check was being held for seven days so that it could be verified, I can't believe it would take up to seven days to clear a check in 2022. I guess I would understand if the check was a personal check from someone but this was a legit check from a 401(k) company. Teresa in the fraud department was very rude and condescending did not care about my issue! If I could give them zero stars I would. I will be closing my account!

I closed my account due to their poor service so now 2 years later I can't open a bank account because I'm accusing me of owing them money Though my account was closed out on good standings standings and their only option to fix this is I need to contact An attorney has a refuse to do anything about it That's a notation they responded to my review Saying that they're willing to help But after being transferred around their company for over an hour and a 1/2 They are unwilling to do anything about the situation I said they can't do anything because they already filed the report against me They stole over $200 from me and now are trying to force me to repay money that they stole from me Or I have to get into turning or I can't have a bank account anymore If you value being able to have a bank account I would steer clear of this bank at all costs

The People, are very friendly, I wish that they had a drive through. I do like the Sat. hours. I moved from a big bank to a smaller one and I love it.

Ghetto inside. Not clean, not well-lit. Perfect place to spread Covid since none of the patrons or employees had wore a mask on their face. Employees seemed stiff, unfriendly. Patrons looked like the fit right in. Obviously staffed by Repub-Moronlicans, who believe in conspiracy theories. Sketchy feeling. Opened business with a more professional bank where everyone wore masks, stainless disinfectant wipe dispenser for patrons (they also test their employees weekly) and the interior and employees were cheerful, and extremely professional. No name dropping, but the name of that bank started with a "C" with two "i's" and a "t" in the name. Obviously staffed by Demo-Brainocrats that believe in Evidence-based Science. Oh, and some intelligent person posted non-smoking facility signs outside...Yes, intelligent business.

Best bank around . They have never made one mistake on any of my accounts. This is the most important thing with choosing any bank. Never had a better experience. Always friendly and helpful. This also applies to many branches in so cal that I have used over 18 years. They train their people very well

Sadly I could not leave a 0 star review but this place was EXTREMELY RACIST! I will not ever go again even if it were the last Starbucks on earth! It was completely trash as you can see in the picture i didn't touch it all this is literally how it looked time to tell you why I say it was racist.There was white people only and my I was the only person of color/black and I got there first and they took all the white people first I kept insisting and telling the white workers I need my order fixed because I didn't get the extra caramel i ordered when they finally attended me they instead of remaking or adding extra Carmel gave me a cup with caramel like REALLY! That was so stupid the racist people there were disgusting and rude.DO NOT GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's alright. It's just a bank. I usually like credit union's better. My husband did tell me the manager Michael at the Big Bear Lake, CA location had a picture of Trump (Dump) on his desk. Sorry to see a nice person like himself; is brainwashed by this so called person we call our president....
