Just stopped in for a diagnostic check and Tristan was so professional and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions, which as a woman in a mechanics shop, is very rare. Hopefully I don't need their help anytime soon but if I do, I will only take my Jeep here. Also the motorcycles in the lobby are quite impressive.

I don't write many reviews (1 in the past 10 years), but my husband Norman just came home from NAPA and he couldn't stop raving about the service he received from David. My husband is a real idiot when it comes to mechanics, but David didn't make him feel that way at all. David was extremely knowledgeable in solving my husband's car problem and went so far above and beyond the call of being helpful that words can't properly describe it. I know there are other auto parts places in town, but it is impossible to receive better service than my husband received from David at Napa.

NAPA is and always has been quality and dependable. Like in this visit , they were able to order an axel nut that Auto Zone couldn't get without ordering the whole axel.Its really nice having both stores.Big Bear is definitely growing so I'm sure each store will pick up where the other is unable.
