The employees are great.Services are reliable!I withheld a star for taking out their ATM when they purchased the bank from the previous owners. They do, however, credit back the cost of the first 3 ATM transactions.

This is ben my bank for the last 25 years , very disappointed from one of the tellers….. I own a business but my business account is not with a bank up here , so I ask if they can change some quaters for me , so she exchanged 50 dlls and say it was last time , they can only exchange $10 .So I sayShould I go to the laundromat to exchange money for quaters ?and her answer was ; yesss if they have quaters with a rude attitude

The best employees. They always make sure to take the time to make sure I'm taken care of. I have been a customer for years and have always been impressed by their service. I highly recommend.

The worst. Terrible personal service, as if they were dealing with their money, not yours. One of the most problematic tech platforms I have ever used, constant calls, waits for up to 30-45 minutes, pass the buck employees, and no one seems to know what the problem is ... this time. Problems with my Debit Card working, always problems with mobile banking. No ATMs. It's just a mess. I am moving my accounts elsewhere.

I tried to find out how to set up 2-step authentication for my bank accounts... called a number from the bank's website... talked to 3 people on that call and wrote an email asking about 2-step authentication... not a sole that I talked with knew what the hell I was talking about. No specific info could be found on their website. The conclusion that I can draw is that there is NO 2-step authentication with this bank... the only security for on-line banking here is Username and Password. I've been able to setup 2-step on all of my other bank accounts and credit cards, but not FFB. Disappointed and considering options.

I have a business banking account with them and they have been great. Solid online banking app let’s me bill pay, set up ACH templates, deposit checks and transfer easily between my accounts. Customer service has been great too, I can always get ahold of my banker right away. Definitely recommend First Foundation Bank.

The 1 star is only for the employees at the Big Bear Lake bank, they are all really helpful and pleasant to deal with. There are no ATM machines, half the time I try to deposit my business checks through the picture deposit application it does not work. I tried bill pay but it is down when I try to use it. Many times I can not access my account online. This bank is not user friendly. They also hold checks for deposit longer than any other bank I have. If I did not have a business loan with First Mountain Bank before the merger I would take my money elsewhere.

This bank just randomly canceled my card go figure right before Christmas. Now how am I supposed to shop online and or in time. Its been 2 weeks, business days and still nothing)

They did a new update and still can not open my account on line are the phone app. You can not longer call your local branch you have to leave a message they will forward and you never get a call back. I have two business accounts I'm going to change banks.

It seems they can't go a month without changing policies. I've had multiple employees tell me different answers to the same question in the same day. The tellers are very pleasant to deal with, but it does not make up for how inconsistent this business is. I'm constantly having problems with my account and nobody can ever tell me why or what is happening. You're better off sticking your money under your mattress.

The tellers can be sluggish and the customer service isn't good. After four or five minutes of standing in the front of the line and feeling invisible as three tellers did miscellaneous things at their windows, never acknowledging me or even making eye contact, I was finally helped. It's not that they're trying to be rude, but they're sluggish with their work and don't have the customer training I'm used to at bigger banks.

Talked to two employee, they both were very rude, asked them several questions, didn't know the answer to any of them....!! don't they go to a training before.....?
