I’m very frustrated with Big Bear Lake CVS Pharmacy. They no longer answer their phone but instead give you a recording “… they will call you back.” No one calls back. Hours are also another frustration, we need a pharmacy that is open at least till 9pm everyday.

Always a great shopping experience. All the staff from front counter to pharmacy are extremely exceptional. I would recommend shopping at CVS for all your shopping needs.

They tend to treat customers as burdensome interrupters in whatever is more important then us. When a line forms, it seems as if they are triggered to finally respond. "Friendly" seems to be a word that doesn't apply.
