After a scary experience on the road up to Big Bear we found this shop and they were able to work us in and get us back on the road…..couldn’t have had a better experience. Highly recommend.

These guys saved the DAY! David and the crew squeezed us in in an emergency (it’s always an emergency, right!?) and got right down to the problem at hand, and solved quicker than expected. Decades of experience and the know-how with these guys. Helped get us back up and running day-of and helped prevent any future issues too. Incredible shop and crew!

Had an accident off-roading and couldnt drive safely home. Sunday night late, called and had a tow-truck out by 15 min (it was very cold so glad it was quick). David the tow-truck driver helped me out and got me set to have it delivered to repair shop. Was very grateful for the service and he even complimented my truck! Will definitly come here with all needs

These guys know how to fix a German car. My Mini sat for over 2 years while no one on the mountain could fix it. Then I found Big Bear Auto and Tires. John knew exactly what to do.

Had my truck break down climbing the hill to big bear. The tow truck company took my truck here and dropped it off. The next morning I stopped by and explained the situation. They had the truck diagnosed AND repaired before lunch. They saved the family trip. Very friendly and honest workers.

My car would not start and it was Labor day and I thought I would be stuck in Big Bear until Tuesday or later. I called Big Bear Auto Repair and they were open and had me back on the road in a few hours. Danny is smart enough to be open on a holiday to help people get back home after the long weekend. I highly recommend their shop.
