Vehicle came back with loose bolts. Even had my break caliper fall off the truck on road. Tried calling but they would not return my call.

Waited OVER 2 hours on a Thursday when the roads were completely dry, light visitor traffic, blue skies, and they did not show up or call. I would call that extremely UNRELIABLE! All I needed was a jump start. AND they reported to my auto service that they COMPLETED the service call! FRAUDSTERS!!!

In the dark, Tom & Nathan in a very professional way using sacred geometry perfectly maneuvering this car from another without damage to either car! Well done guys! We were all super impressed! These men were beyond amazing. They showed up in the time they said they would, were extremely friendly and also helped calm us down from our panic (we were stuck in the snow). They were very patient and kind, and I couldn’t be more happy with whom came to help us! I wouldn’t want any service from someone else. I’m Keeping them in my contacts and will stay with their services (hopefully won’t happen again). These poor guys were getting calls from frustrated and angry people, but don’t forget that they’re doing the best they can in dangerous conditions. I wish I could remember their names! Rude, awful service. Refused to help me in any way and was snippy and snarls the entire call. I called back for more info, and this time spoke with some kind of underling who rudely demanded his boss has already explained everything to me and that he wouldn't help.Totally mystified by this experience. Bunch of inbred hillbillies.

Don't call them if you want to be humiliated!!!I got their contact from Chase roadside assistance. A guy picked up the phone and asnwered your query with extremely rude and disrespectful attitude.

HUGE thank you to John at Bear Valley Roadside!!! I was driving a truck with travel trailer when it died-right on a corner with nowhere to pullover. Before I could call AAA a tow truck coming down, had offered to help me. He turned around and quickly got me chained up and towed to the next turn out. I was sooo thankful to be safe on the side of the road within minutes!!! Very nice driver--made sure I was okay and that someone was coming to help me before he had to leave on a call. He even declined a tip after all his help. Hopefully I won't need towing for awhile-but I would definitely recommend this company! Very professional and friendly service

This company is AMAZING!!!!! They helped me in a great time of need. I was stuck with my family on the side of the road and these guys came out and helped me! Very polite and Professional.
