Prices are EXTREMELY high. A bottle of water costs $6.78. Owner started yelling when questioned why the price of the water was not indicated in fridge.

Asian owner started screaming at us and blowing a whistle at us while I tried to figure out why he was so angry (who blows a whistle at a grown man right in front of them?) I tried to ask if we could buy something to play with a bit of snow on the side with my kids (we literally just parked there). He refused to allow me to buy something. Scared my kids and apparently he even yells at customers inside based on other reviews.

Like many of the reviews I experienced rudeness here. Asian owner started screaming at us and blowing a whistle while I was standing jn front of him like a psycho (who blows a whistle at someone right jn front of them?) I tried to ask if we could buy something to play with a bit of snow on the side with my kids. He refused to allow me to be a customer. Scared my kids.

I stopped to get some candy bars , my total was 13$ and I was charge 813$ smh !! They were so rude as well

5$ for a 2L bottle of soda that was dusty and sticky. The store smells, and everything is absolutely disgusting. Man at counter is a doof. I just made that up but it's what came to mind. Drive up the street 1min in either direction to better markets. Cleaner, cheaper, and nice staff. Or go to 711. This is not a "deli" by any stretch of the imagination. The other reviews make me feel better about leaving this. They should not be in business in Big Bear. Shame! Haha

The Asian guy that was in the front desk was not friendly at all and was hella rude towards his customers we nicely tried to return some chips and he started cussing us out in his own language and over all the pricing is way to high and not a good liquor to stop at!!

Cashier is the rudest man on earth. Came out of the store screaming at us and telling us "no parking" "Customer parking only" but that we aren't welcome in his store.. so he lost our business real fast. He was irate and yelling religious statements while acting like a tyrant. Don't stop here, don't shop here. Least humane person operating the store. Should be shut down.

Do not go here. The owner is so incredibly rude. Had a very awful experience with him today. He even came into the parking lot with a whistle and was yelling at people and making signs with his arms. Definitely take tour business elsewhere

I purchased one item here. It's pretty expensive and can use a visit by Mary Kondo. The comments in the other detailed reviews are accurate.That said, it's got a bit of everything, including fresh foods, clothing, puzzles, live fish tackle, and playing cards.
