This place is so dirty absolutely gross! Employees or managers are lazy and don’t clean. Inside was ok but way better places to spend your money. I would normally rate most 7-11 a 1 or 2 stars as they all seem to be run poorly.

Can you help me, the day 5 of february of 2024 load gasoline in this fuel station , and they made me double the charge , they charged me 30 and 61.52 dollars and only me I paid 20 dollars. How do I file a claim and get my money back???? Thank you

Gas pumps at night are snail pace slow, customer service is OK the Hindu worker in there I feel gets bothered when you ask him questions. All there hot food was very old.

Since we are in the area, we stopped by to check if they have our favorite Coffee Cake. Instead they have the Double Chocolate Chip Cake. It was much better. Fresh, moist, and delicious. It paired well with my McDonald's coffee. This store is good enough to accommodate a few people shopping. They have the usual basic stuff - chips, water, beers and other things. Private parking but limited since it is shared with other businesses.

Everything was good everything was fine the beautiful thing about all this was that I needed a place to get something to drink looked over immediately to the right there they were and it was awesome that I found him that fast and in their shopping complex we got to do some shopping with other companies that were there so with that being said 7-Eleven helped me out when I was in the gym and it was easy and easy out the people that work there are very friendly and the place was clean and there was no waiting around so I was able to get in get what I needed and hit on out and the guy that was there working fast and friendly and I appreciate that very much

This store's employees and managers were very unkind to my brother during the blizzard in Big Bear. He had no other shelter options, so he parked in the 7 Eleven parking lot just to escape the snow. However, they asked him to leave at 3 am, in the midst of heavy snowfall when there were no other cars in the lot. It was an extremely dangerous situation, and it breaks my heart to think about how scared he must have been. I wish they had waited until the morning when it was safer for him to leave. I feel deeply disappointed by their lack of compassion, and I hope the people in this area choose not to support this store so that they realize the importance of treating customers with kindness and empathy.
