Stopped by right before closing, I was greeted by a tall Asian lady. I got exactly what I was looking for. She helped me pick out my size & rang me up.The entire transaction was a breeze.

I walked in looking for sheer hosery and was waited on by a rude, condescending, argumentative, unhelpful Asia woman. Insted of listening to what I am looking for (and I needed 10 pairs) she was telling me what she thinks I need. The tension was palpable that I had to walk out. Rude, Rude, Rude and this is supposed to be a luxury store. I wish the owner was present to see the interaction I received there today. Hire women who are trained in the high end customer service and your bottom line will increase. Guarantee.

100% amazing and high-quality products! This boutique is really one of the best when it comes to trendy clothes, shoes, pants, and anything else. The staffs are also amazing because they were able to provide me an impressive and delightful service. I will surely recommend this boutique to everyone else, including my friends! Thank you so much!

Worst customer service in the world! Rude unhelpful staff. Do not shop at this company save yourself the headache. There are far better places to shop in the area!

Stopped by the shop to try to use the bathroom, I am dressed very well, they didn't think I wanted to shop in the store because I was a male. When I asked "do you Guys have a bathroom." The lady behind the register stated no in a rude fashion. Just because I didn't look like a potential customer they treated me like a bum.. I would never shop here.. look else where. They seem to judge who's in here.
