Scam artists. Selling phones as new with warranty, when they are not. Bought a Samsung a71 that stopped charging after 40 days, sent it to Samsung who said it was a model phone and not for resell. Scam company!

I bought a Nokia 225 from Wireless Experts, Inc. / 9025 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211 through Amazon. The phone failed soon after I got it. I read the warranty and the phone was "released for sale in Latin America and Caribbean" so it was not covered by the warranty. This was not stated in the Amazon ad. I complained to Amazon, but they never responded. I complained to the Wireless Experts, but they never responded. I complained to the State of California (the seller's location) and the State of Nevada (where I lived). The California AG wrote to tell me they weren't going to do anything. Never heard from Nevada. So my last option is to let others know about the fraud. If you search online for Wireless Experts in Beverly Hills, you'll find similar complaints.

Terrible customer service, I needed to invoice, it took them a while to do it and when they did, they generated it twice and they have not responded to me to cancel the second invoice.

Stay away from this vendor, they are listed in amazon as well. Not an authorized distributor. Do your homework before buy anything.

Purchase a phone and 6 months later the phone went dead, efforts to contact you have proved futile. Please reach out and find a resolution, I purchased the phone for my daughter's birthday.

They are frauds. Sent me a phone for Poland (manual was in Polish) with a European adapter. It's their company policy to NEVER answer the phone, and their voicemail box is never emptied, preventing you from contacting them in person. They take WEEKS to respond to emails. They only responded after I threatened to contact the local authorities by them for theft, essentially. Then they got back to me, but they didn't refund the full amount due to me, didn't provide a shipping label as per their agreement with Newegg. No one ever gives their names in emails, so every time they ask for information already given in an attempt to stonewall any progress. Currently trying to have them cease to be sellers from Newegg and Amazon because this is a consumer abuse issue, and I'm petty like that.

They sent me a different phone model than the one I ordered and it is also a Europe-only model so it won't work in the US

This company sells on Amazon and Wal Mart. Be careful not to accidentally get something from them. I echo another reviewer on getting a locked "unlocked' phone. It was for Verizon. They stall as long as possible from accepting a return. Even worse, I believe the serial number of the phone is evidence of a modified or knock off phone. This is an extremely shady company.

This company sold me a Blackberry PRIV that, since day one, refuses to take system/security updates. This very important non-performing issue makes my phone and data vulnerable. I initially thought that this problem with resolve as the phone system settles with the installation of apps, etc.. I've already numerous hard-resets on the phone and the problem persists. Going to the original phone manufacturer is useless as they refuse to help since they did not sell the phone directly. If anyone with the same problem found a way around appreciate the sharing.

I bought a smartphone through Amazon. They said that the phone is unlocked. After receiving the phone, I saw that its locked to verizon. Dont trust this company. They gave me a phone number and none picks up the phone. Very awful service.

This company sends out headsets that are not meant to be shipped in the US and they will not send you authorized planetronics chargers. They will not answer the phone period. I have emailed 5 times and asked for the US charger and they continue to send parts that are not what was requested. I have requested the return shipping address 5 times as well and their customer service people are unable to read basic requests to provide the information. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would even give them one star.
