Great experience at Winnie! Everyone was so kind and attentive. I was so appreciative that they quickly let me schedule a follow up appointment so that I could re-try on my favorites. Even though I went with another dress location, I so appreciate the Winnie team’s help throughout this process and recommend including their boutique in anyone’s search for their dream dress.

I had an amazing experience at Winnie Couture! Allie was incredibly flexible in scheduling my appointments, which made the whole process stress-free. She is very knowledgeable and attentive, truly understanding what I was looking for in a wedding dress. She took the time to show me several options, making sure I felt comfortable and confident in my choice. The boutique offers a wide range of stunning dresses, and I was thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality. Highly recommend for any bride-to-be!

I can't rave enough about Winnie Couture and their bridal specialists! Back in November I went to 6 stores and tried on over 30 dresses but didn't love any of them. I started calling around to see where had availability to try on dresses and Winnie's did! They treated us like queens! Tessa was so sweet and helpful! The last dress I tried on their was the one, I fell in love!!! Flash forward a few months and my dress came in early and exactly as I expected it to. Tessa texted me to let me know and was super accommodating with scheduling. She responds quickly and truly has the best customer service. I am beyond thrilled with my dress but Tessa and the rest of the ladies at Winnie's in Beverly Hills made my experience so special. Of all the places I went they were most accommodating, kind and communicative. I wish I could give a higher review, I would 10/10 recommend them for your bridal needs! WINNIE COUTURE RUINED MY WEDDING DRESS, WON'T REFUND US, AND HAS TREATED ME AND MY PARENTS LIKE TRASH THROUGHOUT OUR DEALINGS WITH THEM. I bought my wedding dress from Winnie Couture in Beverly Hills and they made an error with my dress order - the bodice is a different pattern with a completely different neckline, and is very unattractive. I had to buy a second dress from another shop 2 weeks before my wedding because this dress is unwearable. At the time I picked up the dress at Winnie Couture, I was in a lot of distress over how drastically different the dress looked and signed the paperwork under duress because it was 6 weeks out from my wedding and I had already paid a deposit of $2,000. The store kept insisting that the dress was fine and took no accountability for their error. I'm at a loss on what I can do to get my money back of $4,300. It's been heartbreaking to be treated like this by a wedding shop. I can't even describe the amount of stress that Winnie Couture has forced me and my parents to endure in the month leading up to the wedding. After I picked up the dress, I spent over a day crying hysterically over the situation because this was my dream dress that I had ordered months before, and it was distressing to have it look drastically different. My father called the regional sales manager Allison and explained the situation and tried to request a new dress or a refund. Instead, she told us to take it to the seamstress that does their alterations, and that she would be able to restore it to a sweetheart neckline and that they would pay for the corrections. The seamstress they had us go to was extremely rude and difficult. At first she told us that it was impossible to fix it and that I should buy a new dress so my father called the manager Allison to relay that information to her. Allison then called the seamstress while we were there and the seamstress told her over the phone "No problem. I can fix this and do the alterations you want. It will be fine." My dress was essentially held hostage there while we were waiting for Winnie Couture to pay them for their alteration costs. The seamstress wasn't able to correct the neckline and made it a scoop neck instead of a sweetheart neckline, and the entire bodice and dress still looked ill-fitting. It would have been impossible to wear for the wedding without thousands of additional dollars and weeks more of tailoring. At this point, we decided that the Winnie Couture dress wasn't wearable and that I needed to buy a new dress from a shop called Lili Bridals in Tarzana. The staff at Lili Bridals went above and beyond to be helpful to my mother and I. I found another dress off the rack in my size and bought it so I could quickly find another tailor who could do alterations in a 2 week time frame. It probably wasn't a dress I would have chosen if I had more time, but the first dress was completely unwearable. My father spent the next couple of weeks trying to communicate with Winnie Couture's regional manager Allison, and asked to return the dress and get the money back for it. We consider it a breach of contract by the business to have delivered a dress that doesn't look like what was ordered. Allison has been rude to my father during the few times she has responded to him, and is refusing to give a refund. My father even brought the dress in person to the shop yesterday to try to return it, and they refused it and asked him to leave. It baffles me that Winnie Couture would behave in this way when they have their own factory and multiple shops around the country. I feel like they could have easily remade or found me a correct dress in my size, or could have easily refunded their error. No other bride should have to go through the stress that I have had to deal with. My mom literally said that she felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman where she goes to the shop on Rodeo Drive and they treat her like trash and kick her out. Words cannot express how absolutely amazing my dress turned out! Every single part of it was perfect, and I felt truly beautiful on my wedding day. I am overflowing with happiness and gratitude for how it all came together. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Oh. My. God. I am still in awe of how incredible this salon is! The consultants were not only kind and knowledgeable, but they also made the entire dress shopping experience an absolute joy (and the champagne certainly added to the excitement!). As someone who is extremely selective, I had my concerns about finding the perfect dress. However, my consultant went above and beyond to create a custom gown that was uniquely mine. I had the opportunity to choose every single aspect of the dress, and I couldn't be happier! I am eagerly counting down the days until I can finally see my dress in person. Honestly, out of all the salons I visited, this one stands out as the best, hands down. They made me feel so special and genuinely invested in helping me find my dream dress. I cannot thank them enough. I walked in with stress weighing heavily on my shoulders, but I left with a light heart and a breathtaking gown. Trust me, you would be crazy not to try on these stunning gowns!

I must say that Winnie Couture went above and beyond my expectations! Their customer service was simply phenomenal. I had the pleasure of working with a bridal stylist who was simply amazing. She patiently guided me through the entire process of designing my custom Winnie gown and was very helpful at every step of the way. Even after my appointment, she continued to assist me by answering my questions promptly and providing me with pictures, videos, and swatches of my material. I can confidently say that shopping at Winnie Couture is a decision you won't regret - I am overjoyed to be a Winnie bride!

I was well aware that the process of finding the perfect dress would require a significant amount of time, and my expectations were indeed confirmed. I must have visited more than five stores, if my memory serves me right, but none of them offered the selection or service that truly pleased me. It was a rather disappointing experience. With only four months remaining until my wedding, I realized the urgency to take swift action, fearing I might end up settling for something less than desirable. I'm sure you understand what I mean—it was crucial to get things done promptly.Words cannot adequately express the depth of my gratitude towards Winnie Couture, as my stylist ensured that the dress would be delivered on time. The level of service I received was outstanding, and the management went above and beyond to ensure my happiness and satisfaction.The stylists at Winnie Couture were meticulous in making everything beautiful. I cannot emphasize enough how truly wonderful they were. They helped me achieve my dream wedding, even taking the time to prepare my dress for travel, providing me with an extra hanger and garment bag. This was the most exceptional experience I have had while shopping for a wedding dress. Regrettably, it was my third attempt, and I would have saved myself a lot of time if I had started there. The staff made me feel extraordinarily valued and attentive to my needs. My bridal stylist was an absolute delight. She demonstrated tremendous patience as I oscillated between multiple dresses, and even had my sisters choose a "fun" dress for me to try on that was not my usual style. Just received my dress and I am beyond thrilled! The bridal consultant at Winnie Couture was an absolute delight to work with, from the start of the process to the very end.Winnie Couture was my initial stop for wedding dress shopping and I was immediately drawn to a dress after just a few tries. Despite thinking I would shop around more, I couldn't resist the stunning store and its wonderful staff.Although the dress I chose lacked the neckline I wanted, Winnie Couture was able to customize it within reason. I opted to have the dress custom-sized rather than ordering a generic size and having it altered elsewhere, and the bridal consultant even informed me that this may be a more costly option. However, I was eager to have the dress fitted perfectly right away, rather than dealing with alterations later.The team at Winnie Couture was always considerate of my budget and provided a form at the beginning of the process to ensure they understood my expectations.
