Although I’ve purchased from them twice in the past & thought I would again, the owner seems to dislike customers, customer service possibly even less. I empathize with the changes to their business, but I will not be supporting their business in the future.

I just wanted to compliment Jeff and his team over at Wilshire Fireplace on their customer service and excellent craftsmanship on a condo I recently designed in Century City. We redesigned the fireplace wall to be very modern with a slate tile facade and they helped me design a very clean and contemporary wrap around glass door. My client's were very happy with the end result as am I- happy client = happy designer!!!

I asked the truck driver to move so I could pull out he said no and that he would be a while. I asked how long, he said an hour. I said are you sure you can't move just for a moment? He said no and I didn't want confrontation. He could easily pull out for a moment just so I could leave but instead he kept me me stuck in a parking spot for over an hour. I waited patiently in my car, not saying a word. Susan came out and told me he's not moving cause he's busy. This has nothing to do with the products at Wilshire fireplace this is just about the absolute worst human to human contact. I can't even call it customer service.

I have used Wilshire Fireplace Shop every time I have had an issue with any of my three fireplaces. They are prompt and professional, with the best selection of fireplace glass for upgrades or replacements. Susan at the shop was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Installation was professional and unobtrusive.

I have used Wilshire Fireplace for three houses (work on 8 fireplaces and one chimney) over the past 5 years. They have been professional throughout and I would used them again.

The lady talked to us like we are elementary school kids. They don’t even provide installation services and she told me to check out the manufactures websites to learn about the specification and installation manuals by myself. One of the worst customer services in my life.

This place is a joke. Bought a fireplace from them and now saying they can't service it. Not willing to help..and rude and unresponsive on top of it.

Customer Service is most definitely not their strength. I believe the persons name was Jeff. If it allowed zero stars given I would give zero. Absolutely horrible! Find another job if it makes you this unhappy.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. So unhelpful and beyond rude... which seems to be consistent with the other reviews here. Take your business elsewhere because it's apparent that this shop doesn't care about their customers.

My wife and we're driving down Olyimpic and noticed the Wilshire fireplace. After going in we felt very welcome. Susan showed us all the options and after going home and measuring our fireplace. We felt comfortable to purchase logs and set up installation. The installer was awesome and would highly recommend Wilshire Fireplace for any fireplace needs. Thank you Wilshire Fireplace Michael M

I just had to take time out and write. I recently visited Wilshire Fireplace on Olympic. The sales lady was wonderful (think her name was Christine) and showed us an array of electric fireplaces and helped us choose the right one. She was patient and courteous. I had a great experience. Wow! My wife and I had a great experience with Jeff and the installer from start to finish. We needed a new fireplace frame and screen to replace the old damaged one that came with the house we recently bought. We came in with pictures and measurements, and Jeff quickly guided us to the options that would best suit our needs, which includes child safety features. Later that same day, the installer came over and helped us to better customize the frame. 3 weeks later, he showed up on time and finished installing the new frame in 30 minutes. We are so delighted to have a fresh and clean looking living room now!
