The cashier wasn't helpful when I just wanted to exchange my Better Buns bread.. I lost my receipt so he made sure to lecture me in the importance of not misplacing my receipt, he said that it had been protocol for over a year that we had to have the hard copy.. so obviously he had been working there a while, I can't help you with out it he kept saying I even showed him the transaction on my chase card on my phone he was just not friendly or helpful didn't even try.. he wouldn't even look at me he was to be busy under the register. I went to another Whole Foods on Santa Monica Blvd and the customer service cashier looked up my transaction by me just tapping my phone on the debt card screen... and just like that she printed my receipt from the previous day from a different Whole Foods. No drama just a quick exchange. Why did that guy give me such a hard time at the Whole Foods in Beverly Hills?? Obviously he had been working there a while so he must of known how to reprint a receipt. Anyways I always shop there so I will find out his name and post it on here.. I just don't like that he didn't try to help me and blew me off when obviously there was something he could've done.. I spend alot of money there and I expect great customer service.

Parking is absolute hell.Drivers are extremely rude. Store is small and dark with limited selection. Needs remodeling and larger parking lot. In the meantime, must have someone working the parking lot.

This Whole Foods has a bad vibe. Walked in and it was smelly and dingy, the dining area was covered in trash and every table had crumbs on it, and people were just real cranky and snobby. Kinda makes sense but I was pretty let down- I expected this to be a nice WF but the Arroyo pkwy WH puts this one to shame. 2/10 would not go again

Store felt very cramped and the selection was nowhere near as good as other whole foods locations. It's definitely going downhill since the Amazon takeover.

Horrible Experience! This review goes to the Latina chubby manager, around 35 - 40 years old, working there on September 27 around noon. Whole Foods has a beautiful and diverse workforce, and the only reason that I mention her demographic characteristics is to identify her and if Whole Foods has a strong leadership team that cares about the brand itself and what this brand represents to take action against her! She mistakenly charged for four salads instead of 1 and 2 waters instead of 1, and instead of apologizing and accepting her mistake, she had an attitude! WHO? The Latina chubby manager! Does Whole Foods hire people who graduated high school?? Whole Foods is a mess nowadays. It's different from what it used to be, and I advise you to avoid the Whole Foods store in Beverly Hills!

WORST customer service ever. The workers working in the Customer Service department refuse to help customers. I literally asked a stock person to help me with my question. If you need to return a package from Amazon- good luck. They’re annoyed you even asked for help.

Whole Foods Market in Beverly Hills provided me with a delightful and exceptional shopping experience. The warm and inviting atmosphere, well-organized layout, and extensive selection of fresh produce and specialty items impressed me. Their commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices was evident throughout the store. The friendly and knowledgeable staff, along with the store's cleanliness and attention to detail, added to the overall positive experience. If you're seeking a premium grocery shopping destination in a beautiful location, I highly recommend visiting Whole Foods Market in Beverly Hills.

I had to return a zero fat yogurt. For the whole food yogurt all the food all the fat…As this is the good stuff… high fat diets are important for healthy life…

Been coming to this Whole Foods for over 20 years (yes, I'm old) and I has the worst experience there today...actually the only unpleasant one. I purchased Good Pops a couple days ago and the had melted at some point and been refroze (not good). I went to exchange them and the cashier (Emily) was rude about it from the start. Just to make sure I would not end up with another box of re-frozen freezer-pops I opened the new box as I was line and it had previously melted. Then I grab another box and that one was fine. She calls over some sort of lead (Janelle) who came over with a huge attitude and being extremely disrespectful. She snaps at that I cannot be opening boxes of ice cream because now she cannot sell it. I told her she cannot sell it because they are ruined and had melted. She gives me an even bigger attitude and says she is not going to argue with me. The second box was my replacement/exchange. She was angry as soon as she walked over and I could not understand her name, as she walked away I asked Emily what her name was, he response was: It doesn't matter! I said it did to me and she rolled her eyes and said it did not and she refused to tell me. At that point some receipt was printing and I thought my exchange was complete and I walked away with my Good Pops. She yelled "She is taking them and didn't pay!" Now Janelle comes running over (even though I am like 3 feet from here) telling me I have to pay and I told her I thought they did an exchange. She informs me they did not and I have to go back to Emily and pay. I refused to because she was being disrespectful including telling me it did not matter what Janelle's name was. By now Janelle has remembered how to act and she offered to ring me up and I said okay because she was finally being respectful. I told her there was a proper way to address people and she had not done that and Emily's behavior was rude and disrespectful by nit just refusing to reveal her name but her whole attitude. Janelle doubled-down on the store policy of me not being able to open the ice cream first, saying that she "had" to tell me. I have seen people consume their entire meal while in line and NEVER seen them scolded. It is not just the rich people that deserve respect..sorry if I do not meet the typical status they are used to there. I reiterated that I was checking to make sure I would not have to return the Good Pops again and that she have apologized for the inconvenience of having to return to the store to return a defective item AND thanked me from preventing another customer from having to experience that again. Usually when you purchased expired or bad food for a grocery store they apologize. The fact that the first box I opened had previously melted was an indicted that I was justified in doing so. I guess she was fine in wasting more of my time and selling me another box of freezer-burn pops.

Janelle is such a wonderful manager she really cares about her customers. She has a lot to deal with and handles it all with such a positive attitude and also Oscar and Jairo and Kaz are super sweet too! I wish you guys carried Room Temp Elmhurst nut milks! You only had one container of the refrigerated kind and it is a shame you don’t carry the almond milk nor any other kind of Elmhurst nut milks. Sprouts is the only market in town with them. And I prefer to go to just your store.

This place needs to check their employees working the juice bar. They are so rude! Never say hi, never say thank you. Just drop off your drink with out calling it out. They have a hard time filing up the cups. Ugh, so over them.

Beverly Hills Whole Foods is known for its vast array of organic and natural products, and it has a reputation for offering a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan options. Customers appreciate the quality of the food, and many rave about the store's customer service. However, there is a problem about the lack of consistent vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. Some days, there may be no vegan or vegetarian options available, which can be frustrating for those who are trying to follow a plant-based diet.To address this issue, it would be great if the store could expand its selection of vegan and vegetarian options, including more vegan protein sources. This could include options like plant-based meat alternatives, tofu, tempeh, and legumes.Overall, Beverly Hills Whole Foods is a great store for those who are looking for high-quality, natural and organic products. If you are vegetarian or vegan, it's worth checking out the store's selection, but it would be helpful if they could provide more consistent and varied options on their Daily menu.
