I just came to this branch on Santa Monica and Camden. I had the unfortunate experience of being helped by Frank. Frank is very slow and makes it clear he doesn’t want to help customers. He’s rude and very unhelpful. I might just close my accounts and go to chase. Do better Wells Fargo.
