The seamless, luxurious experience is beyond 5 stars. From the very attentive concierge, doorman who are alert and stays on top of everything. The front desk staff especially Alaink who exuded the same elegance the entire ambience is giving including the scent of the lobby. The perfect view in the veranda for breakfast and reading and the view at the rooftop pool. It was a memorabke birthday experience for me. Plus it's proximity to Rodeo Drive. Looking forward for my next visit already!

Came here for a staycation and celebrate my Birthday. The rooms are beautiful although a pillow case had some shredded edges and some stains on the sheets (for a hotel of this level and price, this is something you would not expect to see) , good location in Beverly Hills close to Rodeo Dr. The roof top, where the pool and the Rooftop by JG restaurant are located, has a great 360 degree views of the city. Food at the rooftop restaurant is mediocre with outrageous prices (examples: cocktails are $26+, bottle of water $14, valet parking $70 per night). Service at the restaurant was friendly and attentive. The most disappointing part of the stay was the "Personal Concierge" thru the app text/email. The concierge reached out before the stay with an email. But there was no follow up with my second email asking for a reservation at the rooftop restaurant. We ended up getting a reservation in person by ourselves (the restaurant staff were really friendly and accommodating). The second time we encountered problems with the personal concierge service is when we had a problem with the in room Nespresso coffee machine. The machine made very watery coffee and would not stop. Reported it at 4pm and concierge Dillon offered to bring a new one, I said "please (do!)". By the time we came back from dinner, still no action. We texted again, concierge Jennifer answered to have a machine delivered. We went out and came back found a new coffee machine, but it also didn't work. This time, the machine didn't pump any water at all, just made noises. We called the front desk reported it again and said they would send someone, no one showed up to do anything. It was after 10pm already we decided to just let it go. Another thing we noticed is that during turndown service, someone came to refresh the room which is welcoming, but didn't clean up the dirty dishes that we left on the table and put half filled water bottle on the night stand (the half filled water was the water that we used for the coffee that we couldn't make nor drink). They could have at least put some new bottles of water on the night stand. These are all small issues but for a hotel of this caliber, I'd consider these as service failure. The no follow ups from the personal concierges multiple times is very disappointing. The last observation that I'd like to point out is that I asked for a 2pm late check out, if possible, of course. The 1st concierge answered with a 12:30pm check out time. I asked again if 2 pm was possible. The 2nd concierge Mohammed answered as No, it was not possible due to others guests checking in but "absolutely,...for a half days rate" is possible. If it's not possible to begin with, I can understand, but then to offer it for a paid half day rate just left a sour taste. Very disappointing service overall from hotel. We ended up just checking out at noon.

Top notch experience from check-in to check-out. Every single person we encountered greeted us with a smile and made us feel great. We took advantage of the pool, spa, hot tub, and in-room dining and enjoyed all of it. Definitely a splurge but we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.Everyone was super friendly and helpful, but a few individuals made us feel extra-special ... Stephanie, Taylor, & Mohamed from the concierge staff and Jennifer at the front desk. Alex, Vanessa, Elena, & Sherry at the Spa. Nick, a house car driver, gave us a fun ride to a local restaurant. Harmony from JG Rooftop really took fantastic care of us at dinner one evening. Thank you all!

We spent a night at the hotel when we were in the Beverly Hills area. The location is great and close to Santa Monica beach. We were greeted the moment we arrived at the front door, and everyone was very welcoming. The room rate is over $1000 a night so we have higher expectations. Here are some points we noted down when comparing it to other luxury hotels we stayed at before:+ Very spacious and luxuriously decorated room with top-notch quality interior+ High tech, lights and curtains can be controlled remotely, Alexa provides basic services and information, including setting alarm. YouTube can be cast on TV+ The bathroom is well maintained and cleaned spotless.+ Great view of the Beverly Hills if the room is facing north+ There is a balcony for basic room+ Good water pressure and temperature+ Almost everyone we met is welcoming and with a smile+ Offered free and unlimited bottled water- No turn down service- Limited free items at the mini bar, not even tea bags- Parking and sauna is not included in the basic room rate- Window soundproofing is weak as we can still hear traffic noise at night

Great 5 star experiences, granted an upgrade for our stay. They went beyond expectations to give us surprise on our wedding anniversary and my wife birthday! The limousine shuttle absolutely a wow experience! Only downside was there was a protect outside the lobby make loud noise until evening!Rooms: Luxury, modern and up to date.

We’ve been wanting to come here for a while and finally we are here for a night. The amenies are what get me. They have a dyson hairdryer and here u am carrying my dyson hair dryer everywhere. So i had to give that an A. A nice little touch with the fresh rose made the room so much more personal. I felt like home. Ordering room service was quick and easy too. The receptionist area was magnificent i love the the flowers arrangements, very grand, very unique. Our cooler was stacked with drinks and alcohol. The bed was so comfortable. The little patio with the resting chairs made it so nice and comfortable to be looking and reminiscing about this beautiful city. I am coming back soon here again. Staff are very polite, sweet, and accommodating. There’s also a rooftop pool which I though was dope. And a restaurant/bar on the rooftop. I just didn’t have time since I made reservations for brunch at another hotel. The experience was very nice. Thank you for the wonderful experience

We really liked the house car service and the breakfast in the restaurant with the friendly waiters. Also concierge and front desk staff is friendly.Room with balcony was great.Only windows could be more sound proof.All in all really great 5 star service as we expected and we look forward to staying here again.

Hello everyone, I'm going to tell you about my experience at the Waldorf Astoria in Los Angeles. Privileged and sophisticated location.Upon arrival, security guards stopped us. Stop! They asked for our reservations. We argued that we would show it at reception. Fight continue… On the way to reception they insisted on carrying my suitcase. I said no thanks. We present ID and reservation at reception. Room 1204.We report the excessive approach of security guards. They apologize etc.We arrived at a huge room with a privileged view of Rodeo Drive. It was hot temperature and low humidity, so I tried to go to the pool where there are some beautiful lemon trees. However, it was closed at 4PM. I asked if it was undergoing maintenance but got no response. Then we went down to SPA la Prairie. I notice that the demonstration bottles are empty. Who use it before? I was able to enjoy the wet sauna that holds only 2 people. We returned to room 1204 via a direct side elevator. We dressed elegantly and tried to enter the Jean-Georges restaurant. It was close for a private party. Obviously nobody invite me.So we requested the Rolls-Royce car to go to a restaurant in the area. The car was the only thing that worked well and the driver was gentleman. We went back and I stayed in the lobby. Other guests passed by me wanting to make friends, just talk, as we all were lonely there. The security guard immediately gave them a bad face… he dismissed any form of social interaction. Do you remember when you were kid and try to talk inside the church ⛪️ and your mom face said: be quiet! ? We were embarrassed. I saw that there wasn't going to be any friendship there so I went back to the room to sleep.When I woke up there are my croissant burnt and tiny. The jellies came in small jars so you could only taste one time. It’s remembered the free samples that customers get for free on the street. Only for one taste! You may know the all breakfast is served inside your bedroom ? . There no specific place to serve the breakfast.Juice? Just one glass!Then I checked out and left.My opinion: better to spend 6k elsewhere.

The place is really beautiful and is a great event space or to stay or eat. However, the valet is very expensive an extremely rude. I got yelled at to move my car when I actually paid so much money to valet my car. The valet guy came with in inches of hitting me and did not apologize. So if you have a nice car, be leery about parking it

The impeccable view was second only to the incredible staff.I wanted to stay at this Waldorf after walking past it several times in the previous year when I stayed at the neighboring Hilton. This time around, I was concluding a trip to visit family with my son. I was initially hesitant to stay at the Waldorf as I figured it would not be as accommodating for my 7 year old.To start, I was blown away by the insane rooftop view. The view alone is worth the visit. The staff makes it worth revisiting. Particularly, Mimi at the pool stood out with her warmth and welcoming demeanor. She made us feel like we were visiting family and that we should visit again soon! The young lady at dinner was also kind and accommodating.My son was happy to color and drink his raspberry lemonade while I took in the view. He also loved the in-room breakfast. I loved the high tech ease of ordering breakfast.I enjoyed the experience and will return. Next time, I might hang out on the roof just a little longer ;)
