The staff here is so unprofessional and rude. My family and I went in to inquire about a lost package. The staff complained and treated us terribly as if it was our fault. The manager refused to rectify the situation. I would give it zero stars if I could!

Considering how bad most post offices have become was surprised how decent this one is. Got in and out quickly, staff were pleasant. Parking can be a pain as they are in an office building with Live Nation.

2:45 pm on a Thursday, only one person work in entire post office. 45 minute to 1 hour waits for even simple transactions. Imagine if you had to wait an hour to buy chewing gum at a grocery store. Employees unapologetic.

Worst Service Asked for package to be delivered to Moreno Valley it was important it got there by a certain day and was guaranteed it would get there by a date and it was rerouted to New Mexico now told it will be there in 5 days after i paid for a different date. Beyond horrible

HOW does this location have good reviews? Sure, it is better than most others, location-wise and cleaness..only because it is in Beverly Hills. But surely, every staff has always been rude, unfriendly, and impatient. Not to mention they always close during hours they should be operating.

The girls here were super nice and helpful. Give them a raise or something because they chose to be apologetic and overly kind when most government workers refuse to lol.
