The customer service woman is a complete jerk. Go anywhere else. She refused to accept my documents for my change of address even though they were completely approved. She told me I was standing in the wrong place. She told me that i forged my documents. She should be fired from working there. But they are severely understaffed so they hire just anyone. Please don’t frustrate yourself. Go to any other location. I actually complained to the USPS online customer service management over her behavior. I suggest that you do the same if you receive the same service. This way she gets the message not to treat customers like this.

The woman that works here is not the smartest person.I was here on Monday, July 17th. I had a large package that was keep returning back to me with pre-paid label for my small business. Before I shipped it back out, I asked her if the label & package looked ok, as it was keep being shipped back to me. She told me that it was fine, so i left it at USPS to ship out.AND IT WAS SHIPPED BACK TO ME AGAIN! Now the buyer is upset and I have to refund their money and I lost the sale. How can you work at USPS and not even know the policy or if the label/package was fine? I even asked you before I shipped the package! Totally useless. A robot or a dog could do a better job than the woman that works there.

I can see why this location has 1.5 stars. I had 3 different packages- one with a QR code, I had my other items in packages, but when she told me I couldn't use the second box, I switched it into another bag and she proceeded to tell me how I wasn't prepared and I looked at her and said I just needed confirmation from her... I went to look for the address to give to her, she was on her own phone so I waited until she was done. Then she looked up at me as if I hadn't been standing there waiting on her. She proceeds to tell me if I wasn't ready I should come back when I am so other ppl in line can be helped. "You were in your personal cellphone so I was waiting for you to finish." That's what I said to her, calmly. I couldn't find the white tag she wanted me to purchase for my 2nd shipment, and when I asked her again, calmly- she started yelling at me across the room like I didn't understand English. I was so appalled, I took my 3rd box to be shipped off else where. This location might as well be closed down if they don't want to hire people less condescending employees like Leilani.

The woman , Joyce , that works at the crescent drive post office in Beverlyhills., was so rude , because I needed to tape my envelope. She grabbed the envelope, started yelling at me that next time , tape it at home . I was shocked at the way she spit out her words in hatred .

Unhelpful, terrible experience. I experienced confrontational attitude from an older filipino lady by the counter out of nowhere. Only reason I know she is Filipino is because as I was leaving she said the filipino came out. Whatever that means as most filipinos I know are very cordial and polite. Awful experience.

I wanted a printed and email receipt but didn't get either. I was about to walk out pretty upset but then when I turned around I told her lady at the counter that I really needed the receipt because I paid extra for tracking number she let me go right ahead and printed a receipt for me. Great customer service she was really sweet she was the only one there.. even though there was a line she was very patient and welcoming.

They work so hard at this location and are so warm and friendly. I wish USPS would provide more support for them so they can stay open during lunch hours and the lines would not get so long. Staff is 5 Star but USPS in general needs to accommodate their physical needs so that they don't carry the burden due to short staffing issues. The reviewer who said they need to hire "young people"...that is called ageism and it is unkind to suggest that age has anything to do with good customer service. Let's not generalize.

Rude lady! Said "I said hold on!" Bring your tape or you will have to purchase it. She also yelled at me when i asked where I could drop off a parcel. I used to work for the usps, this woman gives it a bad name. No one should be given this much attitude to start the day.

if you're looking for slow service, nasty attitudes, irregular business hours & no stamps, you've come to the right place... yep, you've entered the twilight zone aka the beverly hills crescent post office. the two ancient ladies seriously need to be replaced with younger, friendly & knowledgeable staff. today, there was only one woman & she was extremely rude in addition to being on a personal cell phone call while she was ringing up my transaction. she also asked me if I heard her rude answer which I didn't because she was mumbling under her mask & I'm deaf in one ear... it's obvious why the US postal service is going down the tubes. what a disgrace to have such a rudely staffed, dumpy & unprofessional post office in a city like beverly hills that's known worldwide for stellar customer service! sadly, this place is a real depressing dump & deserves a big, fat zero!!

Older lady at the front is rude and unhelpful. Choose any other post office.
