I want to say NEVER go to this branch - I tried for 15 minutes to get there using 3 different map apps and just decided to drive to WeHo branch. What a nightmare of driving and accessibility by car.

Worst branch ever been a customer for several years now but on Friday November 24 made me want to closed my account so on the previous day I got a fraud alert that my debit card was being used on purchases that I did not approved so I called cancel my debit card so I was left with out a debit card to used for purchases so the lady on the phone told me that I could go to a branch and they could issue me a temporary card while I wait for my permanent debit card so I walk in talk to the teller and he straight out told me we do not issue temporary cards anymore and I told him why and he kept telling me we just do not do that anymore even after I told him what happen and they told me over the phone I could he just kept saying no we do not do that anymore so I told him so what I'm supposed to do I have no access to my account so now. Have no money he did not seem to care so I left mad. So I walk down the st to the other branch that used to be union bank that is not US bank and where able to help me with no problem

US Bank as a company is AWFUL. This branch is particularly bad. Amir Kohanzad is happy to open your accounts very quickly. He will not be helpful in the least after that. Branch manager Natassia Mabry is rude and lazy. US Bank has poor online banking, poor security, terrible service, and I had to physically go into the branch to get anything done. A bunch of people standing around an empty bank yet no one can pick up the phone? Go ahead and try calling yourself right now. It is never answered. Their secure email system is defective. They dont return calls. They nickel and dime EVERYTHING and even if you dont care about fees, they dont even have the most basic functionality on business accounts, such as a WIRE TRANSFER. Who doesnt provide that with a business checking account? Or how about creating an authorized user so the bookkeeper can have view only access to transactions? NOT POSSIBLE. They con you into signing up for "Single Point", a separate service and portal, charge $100s of dollars more per month if you have more than one account, the interface is literally from the 1990s, they provide no support, no instructions, etc. I could honestly rant for paragraphs about the specific ways Amir, Natassia, and US Bank failed on the most basic aspects of modern banking, but I have already given them too much of my time. We were clients for one year and worked hard to make it work to no avail, thus having to close all of our accounts. This is the worst service and worst technology I have ever seen at a financial institution. Go somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the most incompetent operation. I see why they want on line banking. I made an appointment I thought for the next day. Needed a simple change to my checking account. Most banks know how to do this simple paper work. I find out the girl lied and never booked an appointment for me. This gentleman came to pretend to help me and further cover the fact the appointment was never made. Worse of all he tried to make up how to change my account to put in my trust. I was freaking out because he had no idea what to do. Told me to close my account or some other b******** I left so annoyed. He wasted my time. I drove there now twice and then had the audacity to think I believed his utter garbage. I have 5 other banks accounts with competent bankers. I'm closing my account before damage is done. The manager tried to cover for him. Do not bank here!! They are the worst ever!!!!!!

When I moved to Los Angeles last year, I went to this bank to open an account. They flatly refused. They wanted me to prove to them that I was living where I was telling them I was living. I was living with my sick mother who needed my help. I had all kinds of IDs but none was good enough for them. So I walked 100 yards to their east and opened an account with one of their competitors. No questions asked!

Arezoo was amazing. She was very quick to assist me in opening a new account and was incredibly kind and well informed. I usually dread opening a new account but with her the process was quick and easy. The bank itself was well kept and everyone was friendly. Overall a positive experience!

Not sure what's going on with this branch!!! Was working with Olga to close out my deceased mother's bank account and retrieve statements for a legal case regarding her death. After Olga ensured she would assist me (two weeks ago) I have been passed on to three different associates who have all been unable to help and I have been given insanely different fee quotes from each person. Initially Olga quoted fee charges of $100+ and after being passed on from person to person they started quoting fees of $600+!!! (This is all also happening after finding out US Bank left my deceased mother's account open for almost 4 years after I initially reported that she had passed in October of 2016). I still have not even received the documents I need for my lawsuit and am now struggling to get through to anyone at this branch regarding the issue??? Called US Bank's customer service line to report them and even the banker on the phone couldn't get through to them! They have really made what was already a very difficult and emotionally draining situation 10x's worse. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They are always pleasant at the West Hollywood branch and no waiting when I go when they open. Easy, free parking in the back and convenient ATM in front. Easy to shop and do banking errands. While I have used their online banking and bill pay for years when I lived overseas it is nice to have a "sticks snd bricks" service so convenient.

I love this branch. The tellers are very helpful - in particular Ismael Pelayo always greets me with a smile, knows my first name and is always willing to make my experience easy, fast and joyful. I will continue to bank at this location. Thank you Ismael.

This does not feel like a real bank!! There is never a line, I usually am the only customer in the bank. Everyone is sooooo friendly!!! I am always greeted by name and the tellers even remember our last conversation. I have never in my life received such great personal service from any business, as I do from every teller in this branch!!
