Rude Asian boy quoted me $400+ each year for a small mailbox..... Med @ United Mailbox quoted a fraction of that without the miserable boy attitude. Big parking lot too! Bye Bye!!

The miserable man who works here wanted to charge me for the free plastic sleeve that you put the label in. He must really be struggling financially and emotionally to be so stingy and rude. I would avoid this place it has terrible energy and customer service.

AVOID! Go to the actual UPS Store in the Four Seasons Hotel Lobby. You can park for free in the hotel driveway.Yesterday I went to this "authorized" UPS location to drop off an Amazon return. (The actual name of the business is BEVERLY HILLS U.S. MAIL BOXES.)After finding parking, paying for it, and going in to the store, the unfriendly guy at the store wanted me to pay $1 just to allow me to drop off my return, even though I had a return label which I had pre-printed at home.I told him I had no cash, and could only pay with Apple Pay. He refused to accept my package and told me to go find another location.I ended up driving around to the UPS Store at the Four Seasons lobby.

I am so happy to have found this company.Mike is so professional and really nice.It was getting close to tax time and Mike assisted me with finding the quickest way to get my paperwork to my CPA. I needed to return something to GAP that my mail lady took but it was returned to me instead.I thought it needed to go to one address and very nicely Mike asked "are you sure?" And then he let me know the return address he usually uses. I figured since he owns a postal service company his insight was better then mine and sure enough I got notification GAP received my return!! I use a walker and Mike is very accommodating to let me come in and use his facility like anyone else. That makes me feel great. I highly recommend this business to everyone! Mike is a pleasure to deal with.

Needed help to send a document to the Secretary of State with a stamped self addressed envelope inside, he did not understand so I try to explain it and showed him the instructions on my phone and the person just told me: "I'm not gonna read anything, I can't help you"... I was in shock by his mean behavior and so unprofessional, and said "Wow You are not a kind person, u could help too and he just said "I'm not here to help anyone. I don't help people" something like that... The person had a shocking attitude and not helpful at all and to even say something like that "I'm not here to help anyone" I almost could not believe what I heard. Looks like this person is going through a lot to act that way.

Have utilized their services/location for well over a decade. I am not the only satisfied customer, quite a few are very prominent and long term customers as well. 24 hour access to my box/receives packages at no extra cost/telephone assistance when needed. Better than what's available locally for much less with a prime address in Beverly Hills and very convenient in so many ways, my kudos are gushing.

I wish I could give this dump zero stars, because that's what it deserves. Mike, the owner/operator, is extremely abrasive/rude, significantly marks up shipping costs from what they actually are (and tries to charge your credit card without telling you how much he is charging), allows favored customers to cut the line and is generally unprofessional. Click the option to sort these ratings by "lowest rated" and you will see how many people have had horrible experiences at this place. Life is too short -- save yourself the time and go elsewhere.
