Med was very accommodating. I made a mistake with my U-Haul booking and he was gracious and kind with my situation. He was also very helpful in finding me the best price for shipping artwork internationally, about 50% less than other shippers in the Beverly Hills area.

Med, the atore owner, was really nice and attentive! The service was easy, fast, and reliable! The store has a pretty amazing setup for printing services as well for banners, signs, and anything else you might need! It is accessible and central to our area and definately recommend using this business that has been around for 34 yrs!!! Great job and hats off to the owner and team :)

I've had a PO Box here for over two years, and it's been amazing! I get a ton of packages from all over the world, and everything is always delivered safely—nothing ever goes missing. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help, which makes picking up my mail a breeze. The 24/7 access is such a bonus too!
Honestly, choosing this place was one of the smartest moves I've made. Couldn't recommend it more!

I love this place. I've had a PO Box here for over a year now and have never had an issue. Mail is never missing, they are always very helpful and it's convenient you can access your mail 24 hours a day because I'm working late often.

I've gotten a few Uhauls here. Very kind and helpful people that make the world a little brighter! I've had some U-Haul nightmares (truck not being available, lock boxes not working, etc) and this place makes it a breeze.

United Mailbox and Solutions used to be fantastic with great energy and reliability, but the last 5 times I have been to visit, I have not seen the owner and the employees seemed overwhelmed and did not take direction well. I have had many issues, but as a mailbox holder, I have asked different employees (who I have never seen before) if they could get my mail and NEVER have they asked for ID. What does that mean to you? If someone comes in and mentions your mailbox #, and your ID is not confirmed, your mail and packages could go to someone else....This place needs to shape up.

Friendly and kind staff at United Mailboxes every time I have come in they have been very helpful with the services I've needed. Great location as-well! Always good energy there.

These people will rip you off! They are only open certain hours, and they never scan mail on time. Don't ever rent a uhaul here either. They are incompetent and are completely rude to boot.
