“Whenever I've gone to pick up a parking permit they've been fast and had it ready to go. They're also really helpful with answering any parking related questions you might have. On the second floor is the citation review office where you can go to contest any parking tickets you receive. However the hours of operation are limited and it's much easier to contest it on line.”

1125 3rd St, Santa Monica“I have only used Zipcar three times but all three of those times I had little to no issue and the small issue I had was promptly resolved. The issues I have/had are1. There aren't any cars in Torrance where I live. I have to Uber to the car which is either in el Segundo or lax. Which whatever that's not that big of a deal. I have more of an issue with Ubers prices being so high but that's beside the point. 2. I was charged a late fee of $50. I was at the location at the correct time. I was waiting in the car for my Uber because it was pouring rain and I would have been soaked. My Uber showed up 6 minutes after my drop off time. I called customer service and easily got someone on the phone. The lady was extremely nice and removed the fee after I explained to her the situation. So all good.I like Zipcar. The prices are affordable, cars have been clean with the exception of one that smelled like smoke but it wasn't that bad and that's not Zipcars fault that's on the dip s**t that smoked in it. The gas is covered which is awesome!! I actually got a Toyota Tacoma last time and it was NICE!! I honestly don't know what everyone is complaining about because the Zipcar I use is awesome and convenient ish. So Zipcar if you're reading this maybe have some cars in Torrance but if that's not an option fine. Keep up the good work!!!”
“Tom and I have worked for the same clients for years and I had been so impressed with how efficiently they move people. We had been in our home 30 years and had sold our home. He came over and assessed our needs with his mover. We were told that we were to stay in a hotel while he and his crew do their job. In just 4 days he was done. We never lifted a finger. Furniture in place, wi-fi working, remotes reprogrammed, cable hooked up, surround sound system operating, computers working and wirelessly backing up every hour. Clothes organized to perfection. All of our artwork was organized and pictures hung in a logical order. Wine cabinet organized. I am a serious cook and the kitchen storage was maximized to store my vast collection of ingredients, spices and cookware. It was some of the best money I ever spent. It is remarkable that a move this involved was truly effortless. I am far more organized now than I have ever been and I have Tom and his crew to thank for it.”
