Beautiful store. However, upon entering and looking at the perfumes I wasn’t really greeted as much as it felt like the employee was scoping me out. I asked some questions about the different cherry perfumes and was smelling different ones. It felt very uncomfortable being watched as if the perfumes aren’t there to be sampled. Brushed it off and continued looking around. When I got upstairs I was excited to check out the makeup! I’ve been wanting to get the concealer I keep hearing about. There was no employee to be found to assist me. After the initial greeting I received earlier, just figured I’d have a better experience getting the concealer at Nordstrom’s or even online. Only to opt for CHANEL back home in Austin, since I always have an exemplary customer experience there.I do hope my next visit to Tom Ford Beverly Hills will be better as I LOVE the fragrances. I’ll update when I do.

Purchased a shirt on sale - never told its a "final sale" nor was I informed I can't return it. Took 3 weeks to get altered and now manager ("Japy") refuses to take it back even tho I never even took possession of the shirt. Terrible customer service- not what I would expect from a Zegna company.

I drove all the way out here today to visit the store for the very first time. And it was a great experience. I had a nice chat with Jaffy. And the salesperson who helped me was Robert. Both really friendly and very easy going.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I drove for 40 minutes to buy a pair of shoes that were on sale and when I got home it turns out they were 2 different sizes. The sales associate should have checked both shoes before selling them to me. I had to drive another 40 minutes in traffic to the store and all they could do is refund me my money. When I asked if they could give me a different color for the same price they said they couldn't. This is unbelievable and unacceptable.

My friend and I had a very upsetting experience with the Beverly Hills Tom Ford store. We have been shopping for a wedding shirt, which takes place out of the country on May 9th, and came in to try the shirt in the Beverly Hills store on March 26th. He liked the shirt that was tried in the store but did not purchase it that day.Due to lack of time and the fact that my friend lives in DTLA, my friend asked me to purchase the shirt because I live in Beverly Hills (5 blocks away). My friend contacted Eileen Kacherian, the sales representative who was helping my friend on the day he came in, and asked her to prepare the shirt to pick up. Upon arrival the shirt was already wrapped and bagged. I purchased it on my credit card on April 27th, 2023 on my friend’s behalf. The shirt was purchased at 3:36pm and I went to DTLA and at 5:50p we noticed some marks before unwrapping the shirt. When we saw those marks we decided to photograph the shirt before unwrapping.Upon initial inspection we noticed some flakes, blemishes, and scuffs on the collar and the top right side of the chest we thought nothing of it as we assumed it was from mishandling of the shirt (pictures are available). Further, it seemed like it was repackaged and refolded as apposed to factory folded. It was tried on for less than 3 minutes to see if it works with the suit. Unfortunately, the shade of black was not looking good with the fabric of the suit so I decided to return it.Since it was on my card, I went to the store on April 29th, 2023, but the general manager ch refused to take it back claiming that it “looks like it was worn and is not in a sellable condition”. We found that quite odd as it was in the exact same condition they sold it to us. Jason explain that I had tried it on once as described above. But the general manager (Charles Dale) was dismissive and alluding to to fact that we had worn it out and would not accept it back.We are both very shook and surprised by the treatment we received at an establishment of such high regard. The fact that we were sold a shirt that was not in pristine condition and then refused a return less than 48 hours later is a real insult. We will give Tom Ford of Beverly Hills the opportunity to resolve this e issue. Photos are from before we even unwrapped it and tried it on.

I always liked tom ford as a designer and business person… barely can afford the products I like usually go with their scents but recently for my wedding I went there to buy a bow tie the one I liked for some time now… I would not expect a great service they provided.. specially the store manager Pirouz he helped me and made my day … I wish I could afford more but even a bow tie and the service I received mean a lot… Thanks for the service …

Sale Person: Burke He dressed me up like James Bond, even tho he had the impression that I might never buy anything., never once for a second did he make me or my loved one feel uncomfortable.. best and nicest sales person I've ran into when dealing with a store this high end.
