Unfortunately just like most stores on Rodeo this store suffers from a conceited and pompous attitude. Unless you're all dressed up and have your wealth on display they do not treat you fairly. I like to go under the radar and dress simply so they tend to dismiss me and treat me inequitably. This is unfortunate since I like Tiffany because the do have more understated designs which is my style but they make it very hard for me to want to keep shopping from them.

I purchased a chain bracelet from this location years ago in 2012. I brought it into one of the Las Vegas stores to have it cleaned and was told by associates it was not authentic Tiffany & Co. jewelry, so I was sold a fake bracelet from this store. Make sure your associate checks what they’re selling you.

Tiffany has gone WAY downhill, so sad customer service is now last on the list.
Was told a product was in the store, didn’t have it, ordered it to be delivered never came. Called store three different times and was told they were gonna call me back and no one called me back and now I ordered the same product three different times so we’ll see if it actually arrives this time. Too bad it doesn’t seem anyone cares, shop somewhere else.

Omg ? I love Tiffany’s BUT I walked into the store about the same time as another lady, I approached the counter 1st. Two ladies were there working. One greeted the other lady I walked in with & left me standing there for a good 2-5 minutes before acknowledging me! Omg ? really #tiffanys we were there filming & I was sent in there to buy a piece of jewelry! Instead I asked for a lil shopping bag in which they said no! It’s all good! You never know who a person is. I really felt judged there! Not a great experience! I still took pictures because it’s “TIFFANY’s”
