I had major problems mailing a package from the Studio City post office to Cincinnati. They acted like they didn't know how to do (or wanted to do) their job. I should have come here, because this UPS Store is very well-regarded by my uncle, who uses it all the time. I needed to mail something else to Cincinnati, so I use the store for the process. I was so happy to do business here. The guy behind the counter was very friendly, very helpful, and was even apologetic for what the post office did to me, even though it wasn't necessary for him to do so. If I ever need to mail important packages from LA again (and I'm sure I will), then I will certainly use the Beverly Hills UPS Store from now on.

Not sure if this a fake ups store but they charged me 2.50 to print out a black and white shipping label because they claim they cannot scan the barcode from the return email to print a label. There is a sign stating their printing prices and a black and white sheet is .25 cents. They take advantage of ups customers who need to make returns. I'll never go back to this location.

It is by far the best customer experience!
I need to change delivery method but it can only be done through phone.
After about 30mins trying, the agent hung up on me AFTER he had my card information!!!
But Sidney and Solomon isn’t he store helped me the phone again and deal with it by themselves!!!
What better service and kindness can one ask for more than it?

Saved me so much trouble and so grateful for the staff there, I messed up and mistakenly got a package sent there without having the chance to set up a box, and they looked out for me and had it set aside for me as soon as I came back a few days after initially inquiring about it. Above and beyond stuff

I paid 150 dollars to have a very important document delivered internationally. The store guaranteed a certain time of arrival and it did not arrive anywhere near the time. DO NOT TRUST UPS WITH SHIPPING IMPORTANT TIME SENSITIVE THINGS!

Harry is so kind! This is my new UPS store for good! He was so helpful and kind! What an amazing staff you have! And your management must be amazing too! He kept his cool running the whole store by himself on a very busy sunday! He has a great attitude thank you Harry!

I don’t know why this location has such low reviews, but I wanted to come balance it out. - It’s a small location right in the heart of Beverly Hills. It’s always very clean and the staff is always nice. - I have a box here and Chris always makes my life super easy with my mail forwarding. No matter what city I am in they make it super easy to maintain having a box in LA. They also have a Key FOB for box renters so you can come after hours as well. - No complaints here! :)

This rating is only specific to the store manager, not the store itself. I've had a mailbox there for almost 2 years now and everyone The older middle eastern manager is there whenever I go has a horrible attitude and an unwelcoming presence and i truly hate interacting with him. Today I went in and him an another employee were there, the other employee was already assisting another customer. After waiting about a minute, he says "what do you need" and I repeated "what do I need?" And he says yes. I find that so rude, he didn't greet me with a hello, a good afternoon or anything. Even if he didn't greet me with a hello, a "how can I help you" would've been much more appropriate

Never thought I'd be giving a post office a review, but with the treatment i received, i am left no choice. Was in desperate need of some a printing service and this guy went above and beyond. Really hoping a manger sees this at the very least. I'm no longer a Fed ex man.

I was there today, and feel the guy tried to take advantage of me. I looked up a shipping fee online, using package weight and measurements ($42) Brought it in to this location and was told UPS Ground would be $72. because my package was wrapped in brown shipping paper (the kind the UPS store sells) and my package "can't go through the machine that way." He wanted to sell me a new (much bigger) box and repack. Then charge $72, based on the new box's dimensions. I ship boxes all the time wrapped in that shipping paper, other UPS Stores never had a problem. In fact, I opted to take today's package to a different UPS Store in Burbank and they charged me $42. to send it just like it was (wrapped in the brown shipping paper). This Beverly Hills location is near my job, and would have been super convenient if they'd been halfway honest. Now, I'll never go there again.
