I have been here for nine days, and tonight is the second night I've been bothered by a constant buzzing sound from the TV in my room. I politely asked for it to be addressed to avoid another sleepless night. The front desk attendant said she would look into it but I haven't heard anything since. As a parent for a year now, this vacation was meant for much-needed rest, but this experience has been a nightmare. (Video uploaded with the disturbing sound).
Despite being labeled as an upgraded room with two queen beds, it only has one queen bed and one twin bed without a frame. The staff here is impolite and unwelcoming, giving off the impression that serving you is a favor. (Photos to follow)
