Today I had an outstanding experience at Jackels. I called and spoke to Tom about a piece of jewelry that I was thinking about selling but wasn't sure after receiving low ball offers from other buyers. I brought it to their office and Tom, and his father gave me a truthful and accurate evaluation and they gave me, what I believe to a great price. They are a lovely family and I felt very comfortable. No low balling here. I would highly recommend Jackels Collection to anyone looking to sell jewelry.

After going to different places I came across this business and couldn't be more grateful. Tom and his family are very professional and definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell any jewelry. I usually forget to write reviews but after meeting them and doing business with them you feel like you want to share your experience with the world, that probably explains the other great reviews.

Working with Tom Jackels and his son was one of the best business experiences I have had in Los Angeles. My first encounter was with his son who helped me get a very fast appraisal for a diamond engagement ring that was handed down to me from my Grandmother. I needed done in a timely fashion and they delivered. While I was there he so kindly explained everything to me that he was doing and walked me through the entire process. I knew nothing about the diamond except that it meant a lot to me. I left feeling like I knew more about my ring and its worth. The second experience was I came to Tom to get my ring re-set. I had a chip in one of the side baguettes and we decided it was time to re-set the ring and make it mine. Tom was so patient and helpful helping me to find a new setting. He got how much the ring meant to me. I know both he and his family typically deal with much more expensive pieces of jewelry but I felt like I was his most important client and was given the same care, creativity, and passion as he would give to his top client. I think he knew that this was probably the nicest thing I owned and treated it with the same respect I did. The re-set of the ring absolutely blew me away. It was better than I had imagined. They also stayed in communication with me during the whole process and Tom even sent me a picture to show me the final version before I came to pick it up. This is a talented, trustworthy, smart, caring family business. I will always go back to the Jackels Collection and would recommend to anyone!

First time selling a piece of jewelry and felt very comfortable doing business with Tom. I went to other few places in different areas of LA and The Jackels Collection Of Beverly Hills was by far the best of all! Tom was very nice, professional, and fair. I am very glad I came across his business. It’s a family-owned business and everyone is so friendly you feel right at home. I truly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy or sell any jewelry.

I had jewelry from my parents that I was ready to let go of and connected with Tom through his daughter. We got together and I was happy to meet with such a great man. He was a help to me since I was nervous and excited about this process of selling my jewelry. This is my second experience, selling jewelry with Tom, the owner of Jackels Collection of Beverly Hills. I've had a good experience both times, Tom is professional, and straightforward, and easy to work with. They make selling jewelry that is inherited or no longer wanted easy, and with a cash payment. Resale is faster than the consignment market, and the price is about the same if you factor in commission on consignment sales. I would highly recommend Jackels Collection.

Absolutely the best!!!! Tom and his family are the most honest, kind, and classy folks ever. After much searching, Tom found the Diamond I had been waiting for for over 30 years! He helped design and create the most gorgeous ring I have ever seen. The center stone is beyond beautiful and perfect. I refuse to ever take it off. My husband is happy that I'm happy (finally) Tom is fair, honest and a huge pleasure to deal with. I am a picky customer and this is the ONLY place to go. No one else can compare, and I've shopped all over the city. Most unequivocal and highest recommendation. Thank you and I love you Tom Jackels.

The Jackel collection family is truly amazing! Their kindness to me, when I was trying to sell my grandmother's ring, was truly astounding. Tom Jackel Senior, and Tom Junior, were especially kind, thoughtful, and patient. In addition they are experts in the gem business and a family owned business. I highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience selling some of our family jewelry. We found Tom to be a delight. Very informative, helpful and took a lot of time explaining his process. We never felt rushed and found the entire experience a joy. We ended up buying a few pieces from him, as well. This is a family business. Once you walk in the door you feel welcome and at ease for what can be a stressful time selling family jewelry. I highly recommend Tom if you are looking to sell or buy jewelry!

While getting our jewelry appraised by Jackels we were waiting on an appraisal done by Stuart H. Salisbury Appraisal Services. We received that appraisal after we sold to Jackels. The appraisal of the same collection of jewelry was 3 times the value of Jackels appraisal. I now deeply regret taking the fast/easy cash that Jackels offered us. I don't blame them. I'm just disappointed and feel duped

What a great experience! I had jewelry to sell and thought I would need to go DTLA Jewelry District, but found The Jackels on Yelp. Tom is a Gem (LOL) and took his time with me and my varied jewelry categories. I walked away with a nice check and felt that the transaction was very fair. Highly recommend this high class family business!
